Dreams give you something to chase. Something to work for. Something that pulls you forward when things get hard. 🔥

So ask yourself:

**If you give up on your dreams… what do you have left?**

Nothing.

Keep chasing. Keep believing. Keep putting in the work. 💜

Just because it’s taking time doesn’t mean it’s not happening.

The progress you can’t see yet is still progress. Every practice session, every mistake, and every time you choose to keep going is building something bigger. Stay patient. Your moment is coming. 💜

Credit to @Heejmoves for the reminder and the inspiring moves. 🙌

Save this for the days when progress feels slow, and tag someone who needs to hear it.

Come for the combo, stay to see Abbey get some air 🤸🏼‍♀️

So the universe timed this match up perfectly 🙏

I started rope flow bc @abbeymasner landed on my feed 😍 I watched like a fan girl creep for a little bit before my injury said 'it's time to buy one'.

I'll admit, I thought it was going to feel easier but Abbey just makes it look that way.
Smooth, powerful & mesmerising.

And then she's just miraculously going to be in San Diego, 5 hours from her home at the exact time I'm going to be there, but for less than 24 hours after I arrive 😲👏🏽

You can't make this shit up.

And @heejmoves , another powerhouse Mum(Mom) I admire so much for how she shows up in all the ways. Plus it's also nice to have another hybrid rope lover to be inspired by 💖

Thankyou for picking a beautiful spot and thankyou both for sharing your energy ✨️🙏

Anyone walking past would never know we all just met.
But someone walking past did say "So, what is this?' 😂

This is community.
This is friendship.
This is connection.
This is therapy.
This is flow.

P.s how good are our colours 💜💚🧡

🪚This basement project I installed vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire basement, 5 inch baseboards, shoe molding, and in the bathroom I installed new vanity cabinet, sink, light, and a new toilet. I would like to thank Ms. Smith for choosing Graves House Improvement for her home project. 🪜
