I love life. I really do.🩵 And I love that my work allows me to create moments that might stay with people for the rest of their lives. 🙏🏽🔒 Yes, I love teaching dance. I love movement, growth, music, full rooms and seeing people become more confident in their bodies.

But I think what I love even more is creating experiences🥹.

Creating spaces where people from completely different parts of the world somehow end up in the same place, at the same time. Canada, the US, Germany, Paris, Czech Republic and much mooore… different lives, different stories, different backgrounds.

And then suddenly we’re sharing breakfasts, dancing together, laughing until our stomachs hurt, having conversations we didn’t know we needed and creating friendships that might continue long after we all fly back home.

And who knows what can come from one decision to say yes and go somewhere you’ve never been with people you’ve never met before.

That’s probably one of my favorite things about life.
You just never know who you’re going to meet.
What you’re going to learn.
What part of yourself you’re going to discover.
And what you’ll take home with you.

I love teaching dance, but creating experiences people will remember forever might be my favorite part of everything I do.❤️

And somewhere along the way, while creating all these spaces for other people to grow, connect and experience something new… I can feel how much they are changing me too.

I really love the woman I’m becoming through all of this. 🥹

And I’m so grateful to every single person who trusts me enough to be part of something I create. You make all of this possible.

Next year, there will be more. More retreats. More places. More people to meet. More stories that haven’t even started yet.

And I genuinely cannot wait to see who life brings into my world next. 🌍🤍 @heelingcommunity

Thank you for trusting me on this journey.

And btw… this is only the first little glimpse of this retreat.😈❤️‍🔥
