I'm so proud of Heidi Scheer , she is a complete bada$$ in so many ways! Prepped for a show with her daughter while managing a business and so many other responsibilities and overcoming so many hurdles.

We are just getting started!

Here is her testimonial:

Making the decision to compete on my 60th birthday meant that I needed a coach who would help me be the best I could be as I stepped on the stage. I am grateful to have walked this journey with Coach Thomas Schnepp as he recognized and addressed my specific needs while battling hypothyroidism. He provided a very individualized competition prep for me that accommodated my crazy travel schedule as well as my hormonal challenges. Even when I was super frustrated during the stalls and wondering “how has that scale still it not moved?!”, he always had a calm and supportive way of telling me to just “breathe.” Thanks to his expert advice and tweaking my macros, as well as my workouts, he was able to adapt my program to my needs and push my progress forward.

This was only my second show, and my body composition has significantly improved thanks to Thomas expertly steering my progress. I walked away with 2-first place and 2-second place medals! I am super excited to see what improvements we can make together for 2027. As Thomas told me after I shared my placements, “this is only the beginning!”

Had an amazing time this weekend at our first Optimal Wellbeing Fitness team meetup.

It was great getting several of my team members together to train, talk bodybuilding, and connect in person after working together online. Seeing the level of dedication from this group was awesome.

Most of the time coaching happens through check-ins, messages, and updates, so getting to train together and spend time as a team was really special.

I’m grateful for every single person who trusts me with their journey.

For those who couldn’t make it this time, don’t worry. There will be plenty more opportunities. I put this event together pretty quickly before contest season really gets rolling, but I definitely plan on organizing more events like this in the future.

This is just the beginning.

Excited for what this team is going to accomplish.

I was so inspired by last week's @tedxdetroit event that I decided it was time to put together something to help more people share their message.

Group coaching for speakers!

There's an early bird for my Black Friday special that ends tomorrow.

Check it out!

4 week program kicks off the week of January 5.
