EXPERIENCE IS NOT AN EXPIRATION DATE.

I had some really interesting conversations at the Core Health & Fitness DC Summit about longevity in the fitness industry — and I’ve been thinking about them ever since.

Because somewhere along the way, we started confusing new with better.

But experience brings something you can’t fast-track.

It brings the ability to read a room.
To see the person who needs another option before they ever ask.
To know when to push — and when not to.
To understand that a great class isn’t about performing for people. It’s about connecting with them.

And maybe most importantly, experience gives you the confidence to stop trying to teach like everyone else and start teaching like YOU.

I don’t want to be the instructor I was 20 years ago.

I’ve learned too much since then.

I’m still learning. Still evolving. Still creating. Still incredibly excited about what’s next.

There is room in this industry for every generation.

And experience?

That’s not something we need to apologize for.

It’s something we’ve earned. ✨

Chin up. Smile brightly. Own the room.😘

Need a mood boost?

Dance.

Not because you’re good at it.
Not because anyone is watching.

Dance because movement shifts energy, music lifts the spirit, and joy is meant to be felt.

Your weekend starts now. ✨

Let’s say this louder…

Experience matters.

In an industry that often celebrates what’s new, fast, and trending…
there is something powerful, grounding, and irreplaceable about those who have stayed.

The ones who built careers before social media.
Who coached through life, not just aesthetics.
Who evolved, adapted, and kept showing up.

To every instructor, coach, and wellness professional who has ever felt overlooked because of your age…

You are not “too much.”
You are not “past your prime.”

You are seasoned.
You are trusted.
You are powerful.

And we need you now more than ever.

🌟Tag a coach who has changed your life
Or drop a 🔥 if YOU are that coach

I see Y💛U!
