I was invited along with Heidi Gerpheide the, Publisher of CALIFORNIA HOMES magazine, to attend a fascinating panel discussion hosted by James Hardie on "The Home of Resliant Beauty" incorporateing all the the products from their companies - Hardie, Timber Tech, Azek and Struxure. This event was in collaboration with Habitat for Humanity - San Gabriel Valley, and how this partnership is restoring hope, family, and a sense of community participation in building back homes that were lost in the devastating L.A. fires.

RUGGED REFINEMENT. The Wiseman Group designs a Sonoma retreat defined by sculptural form, restrained palettes, and a deep connection to the land.

“For the recent Sonoma project, The Wiseman Group drew aesthetic inspiration from the crystal-like formations emerging from Northern California’s rugged cliffs. The client, a vocational tech entrepreneur with an avocation for geology, was intrigued. He found the perfect vineyard property for his family retreat with changing views of the verdant mountains and coastal range. TWG was brought in as both the architect and designer for a 10,000-square-foot agrarian compound...” – Kendra Boutell, California Homes Magazine.

We’re thrilled to see the Oxford Residence kitchen on the cover of @calhomesmagazine’s Kitchen & Bath Design issue.

For this beachside home in Santa Cruz, our team provided architecture, construction, landscape architecture, and interior design services, creating a cohesive design inside and out. The kitchen is the home’s warm center, defined by a walnut island and cabinetry that balances the home’s cool material palette.
