Another #pelotonchallenge Month Completed !!! And of course for our winners wanted to do something special something, a little #diy but high quality and lasting !! #sweatwear style !! So we got the hook up on a #sublimationink a #easypress and some #peloton worthy material and boom !!! Our @alextoussaint25 prize was created !!!

Anyway, congratulations again to everybody that participated this month. We had a lot more people sign up and weren't able to allow everybody into the last most competition and will try to switch things up so that we can get even more people

P.S All of the new people killed it, I don't think we've ever had so many people stick into the end ever.

P.S.2 @arizonabrit It would not have happened without you. Organized everything

🍥Sunscreens are a 𝙈𝙐𝙎𝙏 in skincare.

🍥Apply 𝙎𝙐𝙉𝙎𝘾𝙍𝙀𝙀𝙉 𝘼𝙁𝙏𝙀𝙍 𝙈𝙊𝙄𝙎𝙏𝙐𝙍𝙄𝙎𝙀𝙍. Sunscreen needs to stay on top layer on your skin to be more effective. Moisturizers are designed to absorb into deeper layers of skin and should therefore, be used before.

🍥𝘼𝙇𝙒𝘼𝙔𝙎 𝙐𝙎𝙀 𝙎𝙐𝙉𝙎𝘾𝙍𝙀𝙀𝙉 if you are using anti ageing products otherwise your skin will age faster.

🍥It is so important to do 𝘿𝙊𝙐𝘽𝙇𝙀 𝘾𝙇𝙀𝘼𝙉𝙎𝙄𝙉𝙂 as part of your night time skincare routine. Your 𝙁𝙄𝙍𝙎𝙏 cleanse is to remove all makeup, dirt and pollution that has been built up throughout the day. The 𝙎𝙀𝘾𝙊𝙉𝘿 cleanse is to work deeper at cleansing the pores from impurities.

🍥𝘿𝙍𝙄𝙉𝙆 𝙇𝙊𝙏𝙎 𝙊𝙁 𝙒𝘼𝙏𝙀𝙍 to keep your skin hydrated and fresh.

🍥𝙊𝙄𝙇𝙔 𝙎𝙆𝙄𝙉 needs to be kept hydrated by using a moisturizer. Use an 𝙊𝙄𝙇 𝙁𝙍𝙀𝙀 moisturiser in case you are having oily skin.

🍥It is important to do a 𝙋𝘼𝙏𝘾𝙃 𝙏𝙀𝙎𝙏 before using a new skincare product to avoid any possibility of an allergic reaction.

🍥𝘿𝙊𝙉'𝙏 𝙒𝘼𝙎𝙃 𝙔𝙊𝙐𝙍 𝙁𝘼𝘾𝙀 with too hot water as it can cause irritation and dryness on skin.

🍥Don’t rub serum on your face, 𝙋𝘼𝙏 𝙎𝙀𝙍𝙐𝙈 so that it penetrates into the skin properly.

🍥𝘿𝙊𝙉'𝙏 𝙊𝙑𝙀𝙍 𝙀𝙓𝙁𝙊𝙇𝙄𝘼𝙏𝙀. Exfoliate twice a week because over exfoliating your skin will cause dryness.

🍥𝘿𝙊𝙉'𝙏 𝘼𝘿𝘿 𝙏𝙊𝙊 𝙈𝘼𝙉𝙔 𝙋𝙍𝙊𝘿𝙐𝘾𝙏𝙎 at once in your skincare. Add products slowly and gradually to see their results. It will help in analyzing which products works well and which don’t.

🍥𝘿𝙊𝙉'𝙏 𝙄𝙂𝙉𝙊𝙍𝙀 𝙔𝙊𝙐𝙍 𝙉𝙀𝘾𝙆. Consider your neck important and take care of it as you take care of your face.

Repost @notsosecretdiaryofanxiety: Have you ever experienced brain fog?!

Anxiety and stress tend to bring on brain fog for me personally. Here are some things I’ve found to be helpful!

This past weekend I was lucky enough to spend time with two of my dearest friends, who happen to be married to each other. Heidi and I have been hanging out since sixth grade and Simeon since high school. It is amazing to be able to just pick up where we left off even after years of not seeing each other. So thankful to have friends that are like family. #galesburg #classof1996 #bicoastal #midwestroots #oldschool

I watched a movie called Unsinkable, during it's premier release this weekend. It's creator, @soniaricotti spoke these words and I've taken them on as my own mantra to start today. 💗 Love 💗 Peace 💗 Joy 💗 Gratitude.
Imagine if we all operated out of a mindset where we lived these truths and we let experiences simply be an experience rather than have them consume us, as so many of us do? If we could watch the space between an event and a thought and to moderate the resulting emotion, if it doesn't help us in some way? 👐 This was my biggest take away - the gap between the event and the resulting thought can be moderated or observed and the thought can be changed so as not to effect or create an unwanted emotion. And of course, that emotions become experiences.
I love surrounding myself with experiences like watching empowering films - #foodforthesoul
If I've tagged you in this post, it's because I think you might enjoy the experience too 😘
