With that, Week’s of Welcome has come to an end for us!

I want to give a special shoutout to all my FROGs from Bell + McGraw (HILL BILLIES), Hillside OPAs, and my partner in crime, Kaitlin! This was a full circle moment for me, from when I was a FROG in 2024, and it made me realize the significance of the work we do.

This also means that my time as an OPA is coming to an end… I have so many fond memories on this team, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything else. I hope you all enjoyed the journey we took together. Do well and have an amazing year! GO DUKES! #jmu #duuukes

Shes from Texas I can tell by the way…..🤠✨

What an incredible experience attending the National Student Nurses Association Annual Conference and having the opportunity to campaign for an NEC position. While I didn’t win, I walked away with something even more meaningful—new friendships, unforgettable memories, and growth I didn’t expect.

Going into this trip, I didn’t know many people or exactly what God had planned. But I said yes anyway. Yes to a place I had never been, yes to stepping into the unknown. And while showing up can feel uncomfortable, it’s also such a blessing.

Through every moment—especially the ones that stretched me, like standing in front of a room full of strangers to speak on leadership—God showed up faithfully. Even when I don’t have the answers, I serve a God who does.

This trip reminded me of the power of willingness. When we step out in faith, even when it’s uncomfortable or uncertain, God meets us there.

If you’ve made it this far, let this be your encouragement: say yes to God. Don’t let fear, uncertainty, or discomfort hold you back from what He has for you. There is so much beauty on the other side of obedience.

Grateful for every moment, every conversation, and every lesson. 💛 #NSNA #FutureNurse #FaithOverFear
