Happy Fathers Day to all the dads out there.

Remember, you only get 18 summers with them as kids.

Gotta enjoy them all.

I’m no longer impressed by the social media fitness influencers.
Show me the moms who have children & still fit training into their lives.
The women who run the households, a career & still show up regularly.
That’s who inspires me! #ctr #lifetime #pilates

Papa…a true legend.

A long life built on relationships and a hard work ethic.

I was a fan of his…and he was a fan of mine.

As an old car dog who sold Pontiacs in Detroit, MI…Our best conversations were telling car sales tales…back and forth…

He was always astonished that people bought six figure cars…

We’ll miss you, Papa. Rest easy.

13 today?!?! A teenager…how on earth 🌍 did that happen?

@havenmattison_eq …watching you grow into who you are has been one of the greatest gifts. You’re strong, kind, and absolutely beautiful inside and out.

It’s been so much fun watching you grow up 👸🏼…seeing your confidence build, your personality shine, and your love for life (and horses) 🐎 🐴 get bigger every year.

You’re such an important piece 🧩 of this family…you hold more of it together than you probably even realize.

Happy 13th birthday, Haven!!!🤍
Love you more than you’ll ever know…

used to be—
mimosas at noon
just because I was celebrating a friend’s birthday and it brings joy

now it’s—
hot tea + blood flow + electrolytes for the girls
and still… the same joy

just without
energy ⬇️
wrecked sleep
hormones off

Voilà. 🍒

14 years with my best friend @heidstyle

She’s believed in every wild idea, every late-night vision, every leap of faith.

When I say “I’m thinking about…” she says, “Let’s do it.”

None of this happens without her.

Happy Anniversary! Love you! 😘
