❤️ 18 beautiful souls. One unforgettable week. So many wonderful memories. 🌿✨

Some people arrive as guests and leave having touched our hearts. ❤️

To the 18 amazing human beings who joined us for the Heights of Yoga Retreat, THANK YOU for bringing so much love, warmth, kindness and beautiful energy to VilaFoia this week.

From the peaceful mornings overlooking the mountains to the laughter, meaningful conversations, shared experiences and moments of connection, you filled our little corner of Monchique with something truly special.

It has been an absolute joy and privilege to welcome every single one of you. Your smiles, your kindness and the beautiful way you embraced this experience reminded us why we love what we do. 🥰

To the wonderful Heights of Yoga Retreat, thank you for trusting VilaFoia to be your home for this special journey.

From the bottom of our hearts, and on behalf of the entire VilaFoia team, thank you! ❤️

You may have left VilaFoia, but a little piece of your beautiful energy will stay here with us. A special thank you to @betsybouffard ❤️

Until our paths cross again, keep shining, keep loving and keep spreading that wonderful energy wherever life takes you. 🌸

With much love and gratitude,
The entire VilaFoia Team 💚

Maybe magic isn’t something you find.
Maybe it’s something you create. ✨

Pull the card.
Pour the coffee.
Hold the crystal.
Grow the herbs.
Write the words.
Give the dog a treat. (Obviously. 🐾)

Again tomorrow.

Because the real magic isn’t in doing something perfectly, it’s in returning to the things that ground you, inspire you, and remind you who you are.

Routine becomes consistency.
Consistency becomes ritual.
And ritual? That’s where the magic lives. 🔮🌿☕️

Tarot cards + journals available at @find.more.magic located in @heightsyoga and @magpiedreamscollective

An intimate gathering under the new moon 🌑✨

We shared what we’re calling into our lives; what we want to nurture, grow, and make a little more room for.

And because talking is always better while doing, we had snacks and dressed candles and crafted little intention totems: jars layered with herbs, crystals, tiny scrolls, and, obviously✨vibes✨

Now they’ll live on kitchen windowsills, desks, and little altars—small reminders of the intentions we planted in the dark.

And as the moon waxes from dark to full, we’ll tend to them. Because intentions are a little like gardens. You can’t just plant the seed and walk away. 🌱🌙

A little ritual. A little community. A little more magic. @heightsyoga

🌊A single act of support may feel like a ripple, but together we create a wave.

Yes! I have the first week scheduled of the Wellness Wave and I’m excited to share these beautiful businesses with you! Some offerings are free and I’d LOVE to see you there—other offerings are by appointment so maybe you can book one for yourself?

No clue what we’re talking about?? Check out the pinned post for more info about this mini movement in our wellness community!

Imagine what could happen if hundreds of tiny ripples became one incredible wave of support💙

It’s been an amazing first full year of teaching yoga. From my backyard to neighborhood gyms and the studios I call home, a sincere thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey with me. 🤍

It’s become so much more than yoga. It’s created a ripple effect of growth, confidence, and trust in so many other areas of my life. I’m so excited for what’s to come!

Special shoutout because I’m starting a new class this week at Heights Yoga in Vancouver! 🌟 Join me Thursdays at 5:30 PM for a non heated Vinyasa flow.

Here’s my updated schedule for the rest of summer ☀️ I’ll continue sharing when and where I’m subbing, too. See you on the mat! 🧘‍♀️✨
