I’m not crying, you’re crying! We could only submit 5 photos for the gym slide show so now I found all these memories. Sorry for tags I missed, they capped at 20! Let’s enjoy our last 10 days remembering how far we’ve come! That is such a gift to know what a gym family and village feel like. Happy Solstice and real new year! Still room in our soundbath workshop tomorrow!

“Drink as you pour…” I heard this quote from Lynne Twist and such a great reminder for us to make sure that as we SERVE others, we must also nurture ourselves.
.
Last month was chock full of projects, to do’s, tasks - many of them challenging… but as I reflect back on September - it’s the people in my life that are filling me up…
.
May you keep drinkin’ up all the goodness that you need - let’s regularly show some self care love to our bodies, minds, hearts and spirits and remind ourselves that the people in our lives are the ultimate source of recharge and love. Cheers.

I’m subbing for Heinz to start 2024. I love fighting to not lose my explosive and fast-twitch ability. While also training agility and mobility with weights. For more than a decade he has shown me what I could do and we can always get better little by little every day in body and mind. Plus doing old school and new school moves with throwback tunes makes it a fun theme. I invite you to come play with us! I also have a chiller Yoga Sculpt class Tues 8am & a Myobility class Thu 9:15am. 2024 will be a year of health! 🐉 #heinzisourhero #fitafter40 #fitafter50 🏋🏻💪🏼✨❤️🧘🏻‍♀️ #crunchtv #crunchsunset #chogayoga #chogasculpt #chogaforlife #thechulk #chogaerobics #mindandbody #fitnessforlife #releasemoveimprove #myobility
