⚽️ When practice turns into game-day execution! 🖤🩷

Regardless of the scoreboard, seeing these girls connect the dots from defense to winger to forward, with the second forward in the correct supporting position, makes this coach SO happy! 🥹🙌

The growth, the soccer IQ, the teamwork… THIS is what it’s all about!

Keep it up, ladies! So proud of you! ❤️⚽️

🧤💚💙 THE WORK DOESN’T STOP.
Every save tells a story. Every challenge is an opportunity to grow. Every game is another chance to get better.

Playing between the posts means staying locked in, trusting your training, learning from every moment, and showing up ready to compete. The pressure is part of the journey. The growth is the goal. 👑⚽️
76 saves. 10 games. Still hungry. Still working. Still getting better.

Class of 2031. The journey is just getting started. 🔥

Our girls having some fun with Coach @tareyncarol during our team bonding dinner in Oklahoma! ⚽️❤️

Lots of laughs, great memories, and team bonding! We were missing a few of our teammates, but they were definitely missed! 🫶🏼

More than just teammates, we’re building friendships and memories on and off the field! 💕⚽️

Thank you to my fellow Heir FC coaches, and to every coach who steps on the pitch to teach, lead, inspire, and help grow the beautiful game… even the rival coaches 😎⚽️

Coaching is so much more than practices, lineups, wins, and losses. It’s the countless hours behind the scenes, the conversations nobody sees, believing in players when they don’t believe in themselves, and trying to leave every player a little better than you found them.

We may wear different colors and compete on opposite sidelines, but at the end of the day, we all share the same responsibility: helping the next generation grow through this game.

Happy Coaches Appreciation Day to everyone who gives their time, energy, and heart to the game. 🩷🖤⚽️

Happy National Coaches Day, Coach T! 🩷⚽️

Thank you for believing in our girls, challenging them, holding them accountable, and pushing them beyond what they sometimes believe they’re capable of. You’ve created an incredibly special environment where they can work hard, make mistakes, learn, laugh, and continue to grow.

We see the time, energy and heart you pour into our teams - not just developing better soccer players, but building confident, resilient young women along the way.

We trust you. We appreciate you. And we’re grateful to be part of what you’re building. Thank you for the standard you set, the culture you create, and everything you give to this group. Thank you for being you, Coach T! 🫶🩷👑⚽️

Happy National Coaches Day 🩷⚽️

Behind every practice, every game, every win and every tough loss are coaches who continue to show up for these girls.

Coaches who teach them, challenge them, believe in them, and remind them what they’re capable of — even on the days they may not see it themselves.

The girls may not remember every score or every game… but they’ll remember the people who believed in them, pushed them, laughed with them, and helped shape the players and young women they’re becoming.

So grateful for **Coach Laredo & Coach Blanton** and everything they pour into this group. 🖤🩷

**More than a team. More than a game. We’re building a legacy. 👑**
