I got a lucky strike when God brought you into my life. 🎳🤍

Happy 50th birthday, Gina! Fifteen years of friendship, adventures around the globe, and memories that still make me laugh.

You are one of the best friends I could ever wish for—a covenant friend. Your faith comes alive in the way you serve, stand up for life, and love people so deeply. The beautiful family you and Dave have built through adoption is just one expression of this love. You have a shepherd’s heart—and the BEST, most contagious laugh.

Like a butterfly, you are graceful, full of life, and bring beauty wherever you go. 🦋 Through every season, you keep growing and sharing something beautiful with the people around you.

I thank God for you, our friendship, and all the memories still to come. Happy 50th, my beautiful friend. You are so loved!

A clean little collaboration ✨🕯️

Made these custom candles for HEIR clean beauty — a beautiful fit for a space that’s all about clean beauty, intentional products, and feeling good in your everyday rituals.

Hand-poured in small batches by Hudson Park, with a custom scent + packaging made just for HEIR.

So good seeing Hudson Park candles out in the wild 🤍

And last but not least is my fourth archetype: the Weaver of Dualities.

She sees the dichotomies of life and understands there is more than one side and perspective to every story. On the other side of love and light is darkness and shadow. She marries the union between her more natural feminine energy and works on developing her masculine energy. She inspires others to do the same. She integrates opposites. Her life is an integration of many lessons learned and a surrendering of all that she doesn’t. She trusts her very human self and the divine that works through her. At her core she is always the same and yet constantly growing and evolving.

The Weaver of Dualities finds beauty in balance and beautifully weaves the many facets of life and herself. Her life is an exquisite tapestry of her own experiences and all the lessons she learns from the people she is grateful to learn from.

I am finding myself pushing my edges more to develop myself more fully and I do that in accepting all the dualities that live within me and this world. I’m curious, do you notice any dualities in your life you are working with? Reach out if you’d like support in that. I love the inner work and it truly is my honor to help others on their journey.

If any of this resonated for you, look out for an exclusive offer I have for you coming soon. Let’s get you connected, mama.

✨ A wonderful morning at our Ridgewood Chamber Women’s Networking Group!

Thank you to our member Lois Kramer-Perez, the “Queen of Shui,” for joining us as today’s presenter and sharing her knowledge of Feng Shui, space clearing, energy management and intentional living.

Lois gave our group a fascinating look at how the spaces around us can influence the way we live, work and feel, along with practical ideas we can incorporate into our everyday lives.

Thank you, Lois, for sharing your expertise and energy with our group, and thank you to everyone who joined us for another morning of learning, connecting and supporting one another! 💫

Now it is time for my third archetype: The Alchemist of Darkness.

The Alchemist of Darkness allows space for the full range of her emotions, especially ones she used to keep tucked away like anger, rage, sadness and grief.

She sits with her emotions and intentionally makes time for them. She allows for them to move through her. She knows they just want permission to be felt.

She is not afraid or ashamed of the darkness that is within her. She does not shame others for their darkness.

She sees the depth and richness the darkness and shadows provide in her life. It is in grieving and feeling fully that she is better able to live fully. The veil is thin. She sees the beauty in having a relationship with what is in the dark and the shadows.

The Alchemist of Darkness is continuously transforming, knowing there is gold on the other side of growth.

The Alchemist of Darkness dances with what others try to keep in the dark: anger, rage, sadness, grief, pain, pleasure, sensuality. She alchemizes what was once kept in the dark to come back to life again, fully embodied.

She is sultry, mysterious. She doesn’t need everyone to know or understand what she is growing underground. She knows what she has planted and tends to it with care. She is patient and trusts divine timing and the growth process. She also takes action and discerns what needs to be weeded out. The Alchemist of Darkness nurtures her roots and allows them to grow deeply and spread widely.

Now this one may be the most shocking of the four archetypes, but it is the one that most stretches me to sit with discomfort and learn how to be present with it. It makes me get out of my head and into my body, feeling into my sensations. We’re often shamed out of fully feeling, but oh what a gift it is if we give ourselves permission to go all the way there. Let me know when you’re feeling the pull to go deeper.
