During my second 200-hour YTT in the jungle of Sri Lanka 🌿 near the east coast, close to Wijaya Beach, I experienced something truly transformative. 💫
I spent around 30 days surrounded by an incredible group of women, and the energy we created together was something I will always carry with me. ♾️

This training opened a completely new dimension of yoga for me. 💥
In the past, my journey had been very focused on asana—the physical practice. But here, I was introduced much more deeply to meditation, pranayama, and the softer, more introspective side of yoga. 🧘‍♀️ I like to think of it as discovering the yin side of my practice—the part that had been missing for so long. 🤍
Learning how to breathe consciously, how to guide meditation, and how to truly be present felt like filling a gap I hadn’t fully been able to name before. 🕉️

At the same time, this period of my life was quite intense and challenging on a personal level. 🕊️🙏
Yet, in a way, that made the experience even more meaningful. 🌈🥲

The environment, the teachings, and the connection with others supported me in growing beyond what I thought was possible at that moment. 🌱
I learned so much—not just as a future teacher, but as a person. 🌼

Looking back, this training didn’t just add to my yoga journey—it completed something within it. ❤️❤️❤️

namaste and forever grateful for this human experience ✨

✨ 2025 in a nutshell 🌞
Started the year in Sri Lanka, turned 30, went to festivals, led Kirtan, worked at concerts, played with singing bowls, and shared cozy moments with my favorite cutie. It was full of joy, adventure… and honestly, really hard and exhausting at times. Grateful for every experience, the challenges, and the love along the way. 💛

READY FOR 2026 ⭐️
