These 50 minutes to myself 🫂

When I get asked how I workout so early or how can I do so many workouts in a week and the answer is it’s really just the only time I have to myself. I don’t have to think, I don’t have to talk, I can take a mental break from running a business.

Just pouring into myself so I can pour into my clients! 🧘🏽‍♀️

A little pilates, a little sweat, and a reminder to enjoy the process.🫶🏽
