POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

If you think about it, we as individuals are just a sum of many little pieces from each person that got us here 🧩 All of our interactions together, talks, laughs, cries, lessons, blessings, etc. Those moments collectively shape our values, our character.. and our village! We look at ours and we always feel so much love, support, and gratitude. Nothing is really “perfect” or “special”, but it’s the people who love us that make our lives feel as such 🥹

Anotherrr wedding dump to show off some of our village🏡 thank you to all for getting us here🤞🏼 thank you to these guys for making it happen🤞🏼:

In all seriousness tho, it’s not that serious! Going to the gym shouldn’t feel mentally taxing on u and if it does then here are things u can do to alleviate that:
📝Change ur environment (Yes, that’s right. Switch gyms and thrive in a new space)
📝Find a new form of exercise (Lifting everyday is boring. Straight up lol so pick up a new hobby! Pickleball anyone? Frisbee? Running? Pilates?)
📝Re-evaluate your fitness goals (Start small and be realistic. Celebrate even the little things)
📝Find a gym buddy (Not the easiest thing to do but having a partner truly helps to push and motivate you)
📝Take time off (U need a break! Who cares if u “fell off” the gym for x days/weeks/months! Recuperate in silence)
📝Stay off of social media (No need to explain this further)
~~~~~~~~~~
These are all things I’ve done personally that have revived me 😊 honestly I could go on and on about each point but u get the gist of it. Y’all feel free to chime in on things that help u when ur feeling burnt out as it could help someone else, too 🪫🔜🔋
