Pendulums & Circles sequence (CB4/RM3)

A) Cross body circle (no 4) (CB) & pendulums
B) Cross body circles (no 4) (CB) , reverse moulinettes circle no 3 (RM) & pendulums.

Those 2 sequences came in a free flow then i dived for a few days on this exploration: 1) How do i link them together and 2) how to change the direction of the short parallele portion of A) and so doing it all in both directions (bosu)

A lot of answers to this question, this is one of them...
