The comfort zone is one of the most dangerous and complicated places there is.

It knows exactly how to touch you in a way that makes you feel “at home,” even when your body contracts, your breath becomes shallow and life is calling you to move in another direction.

We hold on to things because we love them.
And sometimes because we know who we are within them.

And the unknown?
It is mysterious. We meet it with the most uncomfortable questions and we don’t always have the answers within us.

It unfolds now because you have done what you needed to do.

And sometimes the door has to close, so that finally we can listen to the path that has been calling us to walk it.

And the scariest stage is actually the end.

That moment when the old is already too small for you, and the new still doesn’t have a name.

And there is only you, learning not to run away from the space in between.

The next thing in your life will not open through effort. The soul asks you to release the ways in which you try to control your reality.
To let go of the places you hold onto out of fear and a sense of lack.

To let go of the belief that you have to do more because you are still not doing enough.

And it is scary. It asks you to trust.

It asks you to stop trying to force things, and simply be. We like to think that growth is a linear process in which we receive more and more answers.

But sometimes growth actually deepens the opposite. It challenges what we thought we knew about ourselves, about love, about the body, about God, about purpose, about success, about relationships, about spirituality and so much more.

One of the deepest gifts is the ability to meet the mystery.

To meet yourself truly, without knowing where it is going to lead you…

Hay algo muy especial en el skate…
Nos permite expresarnos, ser creativos y encontrar nuestra propia manera de hacer las cosas.
No todos tenemos que patinar igual. Cada persona tiene su propio estilo, su propio proceso y su propia forma de disfrutar .
Como instructores, parte de nuestro aporte es acompañar a cada persona mientras descubre todo lo que es capaz de hacer.

Y lo más lindo es que nunca sabemos hasta dónde puede llegar alguien cuando se siente acompañado, apoyado y libre para intentarlo. 🛹✨

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿There’s something really special about skateboarding.
It allows us to express ourselves, be creative and find our own way of doing things.
We don’t all have to skate the same way. Everyone has their own style, their own process and their own way of enjoying the board.
As instructors, our role is not only to teach tricks, but to support each person as they discover what they’re capable of.
And the most beautiful part is that we never know how far someone can go when they feel supported, encouraged and free to try. 🛹✨

Therapy that is not therapy 💉💊
I did miss it. A lot. And after amolst two years (pregnancy and a baby✌️) without Skating, I came back. And I was scared at the beginning. And shy (and a bit old) 🤣 And then 10 min later I've remember why I loved it so much and how good I feel when I skate. Just focus. Challenging. Fun.

And probably the best bite was sharing it with a group of girls with the best attitude. All learning. All supporting. Just women empowering women. Thanks girls for the inspo. And thanks @paulacostales for organizing always and @wonderlup for all the photos 📸

Across cultures, meals have been where conversations unfold, ideas are born, friendships begin and communities are built.

We celebrated International Go Skateboarding Day with this beautiful gathering, sharing the incredible energy that skateboarding brings into our lives. 💙🛹

We also celebrated International Yoga Day, taking time to honor and thank our bodies for everything they allow us to experience. 🧘‍♀️✨
