Thank you APRA AMCOS and the Australian Music Centre for a fabulous Art Music Awards for 2026 that celebrates the achievements and creative contributions of composers, performers, educators and organisation across contemporary classical music, contemporary jazz, improvised music, experimental practices, and sound art. 💚

Thank you to the APRA AMCOS Board for inviting me as the 2026 Board Observer! ❤️

One of my favourite moments of the night was witnessing the greatness of the deadly Eric Avery with Flinders Quartet. Seeing mob represented in all aspects of the (so called) Australian music industry is INCREDIBLE #moreplease

I’m so grateful to have been snapped in this cute pic with @cooperlily.nikora @kaatfishh @helenlearcomms. 💙

Finally, a moment for my blazer 🖤. Thank you for to the one and only @joshdeaneofficial. Your art inspired this outfit and I really appreciate you for this. Also…check out @ghostochre for his music 🎶 🖤

2026 marks the 100th year of APRA AMCOS championing local artists around the world.

I recently caught up with CEO Dean Ormston to talk through some of his proudest moments, and what’s shaping up to be a massive year ahead.

Arguably 2025 might of been one of my best! ✨
I started the year with a new direction, and with pretty big changes. I ended with a new creative space, my first full year entirely freelance, 2 trips to Byron, 2 to Brisbane, so many beautiful new pals and time spent with life long friends. I was a part of the AWMAs jury, I ran workshops and mentoring, did panel talks, photographed red carpets, and even ended up photographing AFL best and fairest. I was a part of 2 amazing festival teams, did my first Bigsound, I saw so many theatre shows, spent time going to shows for fun and most importantly I worked with some incredible people!

Thank you to every beautiful human I've had the pleasure of meeting or working with.
Thank you for making my 2025 one for the record books ♥️

I'm likely going to pass out before the clock strikes midnight but happy NYE , let's do it all again tomorrow 💖

🪢 Our existence is resistance. loved seeing so many Blak women shine last week, never stop taking up space 🌌

Inspiring facilitation at @bipoc_arts_australia with a deadly mob of incredible artists, talking on a @apraamcos panel with amazing insightful humans and the impact of AI, seeing mob @bigsound represent, catching @aletheabeetson and her insanely cool work, Meet your Maker, as a part of @brisbanefestival and seeing the breathtaking @gracelillianlee exhibit!
