POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

DJ Spade and Dawda released their new Afro House track “Low”, on August 21.
The track had already been making waves in the dance scene long before its official release, with Rampa and Keinemusik playing versions of “Low” in their sets, including at shows in New York and at Flughafen Tempelhof in Berlin.
Since its official release, “Low” has continued to gain support within the scene and was selected as #2 on Traxsource’s Afro House Essentials. Happy belated release!! 🔥

Every moment on the mat is your space, your time. In every class, you’ll feel different because your body and mind evolve every day. The key is to be present, to open your heart and mind, and allow the healing to begin. Remember, yoga is never about finishing—it’s about constantly continuing, moving forward. It’s not about being done, it’s about doing. Life doesn’t stop, and neither does your journey.

Through yoga, we get stronger, tougher, and see improvement, even after just a couple of days. The small things start to build into something bigger. And as a yoga teacher, it’s our responsibility to recognise that. Don’t ignore those who are struggling, don’t walk past the opportunity to help—reach out and guide them. That’s what being a yoga teacher is all about: seeing, understanding, and supporting others in their growth. 🌟

Yoga is about progress, not perfection, and together we keep moving forward. 🙏
