“I’m helping put a man on the moon, Mr. President.” Had a spectacular day at @btnchamber Summit yesterday, where we were encouraged to ‘Think Differently’. The real recurring theme for me was storytelling. From a storytelling workshop with Helen Packham, a story of an incredible journey from @anilqasemi to Thom Elliot sharing the success story of Pizza Pilgrims - and even local whisky bar Cut Your Wolf Loose the telling stories behind their exclusive whisky collections (as part of @btnfoodtours ). For me, every single one of them understood that, at the heart of every great brand and business is the ability to articulate their unique story, have a distinct point of view, or even really own a very singular niche - in a way that people want to get behind. This is Brand Strategy. Turning clarity of what you stand for and nurturing an internal culture that every single person in the business (right down to the janitor) can feel a part of - to understanding the need to adapt their brand to different cultures internationally. Can you articulate and distill what your brand stands for in one sentence? No? Well take some inspiration from these guys. “Making people happier one pizza at a time” - @pizzapilgrims “We only know and sell one thing, whisky. So we must be innovative” - @cutyourwolfloose “Putting man on the moon” - J. F Kennedy (NASA)

🎙️ Ep 65 - Finding Your Voice in a Noisy Digital World - Out now … AI can help your business - but it can’t replace what makes you - YOU. In the latest episode of The Undeniable Show, I’m joined by speaker coach, communications expert and my business buddy @helenpackham to talk about keeping your voice and human connection in a world increasingly shaped by AI. We get into why over-polishing your content can make you sound less like yourself, how to speak more naturally on camera and why the quirks you’re tempted to edit out might be what make you stand out. If you’re a founder, speaker, or service-based business owner getting increasingly curious about using AI and creating authentic content, this conversation is for you. 🎧 Listen to episode 65 - Now -Finding Your Voice in a Noisy Digital World with Helen Packham now- and remember: don’t edit out the things that make you you. 💋

AI can write, analyse, summarise, generate ideas and increasingly do things we once thought were uniquely human.
So what becomes more valuable when AI becomes more capable?
That’s the question at the heart of Become The One Summit, a free four-day online summit for coaches and consultants.
From 14–17 September, I’m bringing together 14 speakers to explore the human capabilities that matter in an AI-driven world – from curiosity, listening and trust to voice, story, judgement, self-trust, thinking and connection.
Because the more capable our technology becomes, the more important it is to understand what we bring that technology cannot.
If you’ve been wondering what all this change means for your work, your relevance and the people you serve, come and join us.
Free registration is now open. 👉🏼 Link in bio. #BecomeTheOneSummit #HumanFirst #HumanStrengths

What was your lowest moment? Your “pit moment” is the lowest part of your story. A story which might not only propel you to rise like a phoenix but can inspire others to do the same. There are three other pivotal parts to your story…. @helenpackham (TEDx Curator and coach) has a story that is so relatable but instead of crumbling she chose to use it to inspire others. In this compelling interview she explains why we all have a story and what the important parts of it are. Yes there is a hero….. Watch the WHOLE episode. YES, YOU HAVE A STORY AND THERE IS POWER IN IT! TEDx Curator & Coach @helenpackham talks to me about how we all have a story which has the power to change lives. It can be something mundane, and you just don’t know who it will reach. Helen’s story is one which so many new parents, especially mothers, can relate to. Although it is one that anyone who has ever experienced self-doubt could relate to (that’s everyone!). I wasn’t expecting to come home with this much✨Well… apart from a sweaty back, soggy elbows (seriously… why do elbows sweat?! 😂) & the overwhelming urge to jump fully clothed into the pool. What. A. Day. 33°C, cocktails, canapés, feet in the pool, a DJ, incredible conversations, staff walking around spraying us all with water & a rooftop full of women cheering each other on. It was such a vibe! A few months ago, @nina_confidence_coach sent me the link to this event. I couldn’t commit at the time, but something told me to keep the day free anyway, then I completely forgot about it. On Monday she messaged me, “I’ve got you a ticket.” After that, there was never any doubt, I was exactly where I was meant to be💫 This year’s word for me is RECEIVE & today felt like living that. I received hugs, new connections, inspiration, sunshine & the chance to chat with the wonderful @thepodcastlady. I simply spoke from the heart… and that’s become something I trust. A huge thank you to 💙 @oliviamarocco1 of @brandyou_connect & @iam_sarahjepson of @sixdegreescommunity for bringing two incredible communities together. There’s something really special about women choosing collaboration over competition. Every speaker left me with something. @journeys_with_sam reminded me why I love this work so much. @storieswithclothes reminded us that what we wear says something about us long before we speak. @dawnowencoach reminded me that certainty comes from genuinely loving what you do & @emmajgaskin left me thinking about the power of intention—not just where we want to speak next, but why. The biggest thing I noticed, though, wasn’t on the stage. It was who I was in the room. A year ago, I might have quietly questioned whether I belonged. Today simply enjoyed being there. I almost went to the after-party, but coming home felt right for me. I wanted to leave while my cup was overflowing & carry that energy into the weekend with my boys & into my clients tomorrow. That’s what this work has given me, more capacity & discernment. It was such a joy meeting you all, here’s to more conversations, collaborations & crossing paths again soon. #Alti

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲, 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆. Altitude is, at its heart, a community event brought to life by a remarkable group of women who believe in its purpose, its value and the extraordinary things that happen when the right women gather in the right room. Each of these women brings something extraordinary to Altitude. Her talent, her energy, her belief in what we are creating together, and helping us build an afternoon that is going to be genuinely hard to forget. So today I want to introduce to two of them. Meet @helenpackham- Altitude's resident DJ You will know Helen as a Leadership Behaviour and Communication Specialist, a TEDx curator, speaker coach, host of the Words That Change Lives podcast and creator of the Authentic Influence® framework. With over 20 years in leadership development, behavioural psychology and communication strategy, she helps thoughtful leaders turn the way they communicate into real influence. But here is something you might not know about Helen. She is also an absolutely brilliant DJ, so she will be behind the decks playing summer tunes that will have you moving whether you planned to or not. We cannot wait. 🎶 Meet @yolandedevries.photography - Altitude's PR Photographer Every woman at Altitude deserves a photograph that truly captures who she is. And I couldn't think of anyone other than Yolande to make that happen. Yolande is one of the UK's most established and award-winning personal brand photographers, with over 18 years of professional experience and a client list spanning coaches, female-led businesses, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, women in finance and C-suite executives. So she will be capturing our guests at our step-and-repeat wall, because this is a Brand You & Six Degrees event and glamour is absolutely part of the experience. ✨ Altitude is THE summer social of the season, organised by myself, Brand You Connect and @iam_sarahjepson of @sixdegreescommunity, which is gathering 70 female founders for a glamorous rooftop afternoon of networking, connections, inspirational talks and celebration. Come and join us on.
