2026 Fire Season is a wrap for Navajo Helitak and Base Camp Aviation.

We worked on 18 different fires around the western USA. Dropped water, put up repeaters and cameras, recon flights and spike camp support. There were IAs to complex fires and we met and flew with the best of people along the way.

Work hard. Fear God. Love your family. Enjoy the life you’ve been given.

The early mornings, long days, pressure, risk, and sacrifice are all part of building something meaningful—but success means nothing if you lose your faith, your peace, or the people waiting for you at home.

Stay humble. Keep your word. Be grateful for the view. Build a life your family is proud of, and never forget who gave you the strength and opportunity to live it.

God first. Family always. Work with purpose. Love life. Keep flying. 🚁

SVM Scottsdale was a reminder that when men come together with standards, not egos… everything changes.
This wasn’t just an event. It was a room full of men choosing growth, choosing discipline, and choosing to hold the line for each other.

Because a supremely valuable man isn’t built alone.
He’s forged in rooms like this, where truth is spoken, standards are raised, and brotherhood is real.

Iron sharpens iron.
And when you’ve got the right men in your corner… you don’t just level up, you become undeniable.

We’re not just building better lives.
We’re building better men #SupremelyValuableMan #BrotherhoodBuilt #IronSharpensIron #MensLeadership #NoWeakMen

There’s something powerful about having a tribe of men in your corner.

Not surface-level friendships… I’m talking about a brotherhood.

Men who show up.
Men who tell you the truth.
Men who push you when you’re slipping.
Men who refuse to let you play small.

I’m damn grateful for each one of these guys. Every one of you brings something different to the table—strength, perspective, accountability, and grit. And because of that, we all rise.

We celebrate wins together.
We call each other out when needed.
We carry weight for each other when life gets heavy.

That’s what real brotherhood looks like.

We’re not just trying to be better—we’re demanding it from each other.

Savages… but with purpose.
Driven… but grounded.
Competitive… but loyal.

And the best part is—there’s no ego in it. Just a group of men committed to growth, to leadership, to becoming the kind of men our families can rely on and be proud of.

Iron sharpens iron.

Grateful for my tribe. We’re just getting started.

Grateful for each one of you guys

Some things that have became clearer to me by being around these bad asses

You either show up, get sharper, and earn your place

or you stay exactly where you are.

Decide which side you belong on.

No weak habits survive.
No one here is guessing.

Jack didn’t have “get a bar muscle-up” written on the goal board… but consistent effort this summer made it happen anyway. 💪🔥

He’s been showing up like clockwork, chasing down the real goal: the 50-in-90 badass t-shirt 👕…But when you move well and show up often, cool things start to happen.

Congrats on the surprise bar muscle-up, @jack_richelieu !! 🥳👏
