We're just two days away from the next Trans Music Showcase! 🎉🎉🎉 Do you have your tickets yet?!

This is the first every all ages trans music showcase! As a community it's really hard to exist in multi-generational trans spaces, so please help me make this an inclusive and fun event for younger trans and queer people.

This month I'm working with @seattledsa to speak out against the anti-trans sports initiatives that Seattle voters will be voting on in the November, and raising money for the @lamberthouse ! 20% of all proceeds are going to go directly to them, and we'll have speakers as well!!

Come check out @myjealoushaterz , @dangerousfashionwa , @babename_theband , and @vianne_._ at 4 PM!!!

We’re thrilled to welcome MARIELA to the OC Pride Festival this year! 🎤✨🏳️‍⚧️

Mariela is a trans indie pop artist, songwriter, and producer based in San Diego, California, blending pop, rock, and alt-rock into her unique sound. 🎶🔥 Through her artistry and performances, Mariela celebrates what it means to live openly, authentically, and joyfully as a trans woman. 🏳️‍⚧️💜

In a time when the trans community continues to face backlash, Mariela uses her music and her story to be a beacon of hope, showing that trans people can thrive, live happy and healthy lives, and unapologetically be themselves. 🌈✨

Come celebrate with Mariela and experience an artist who is turning authenticity, resilience, and joy into music. 🏳️‍🌈🎉

This August, my daughter Elise @eliselunab collaborated and played drums for the Saint Misty Good Girl’s Tour. @thesaintmisty. They played Atlanta, Chattanooga, Nashville, Louisville, Cincinnati, Chicago, Madison & St. Louis. The fabulous Mariela @hellamariela opened up all shows for Saint Misty, with a special guest performance from local Madison artist, Christa Lee @christal0l. I had the absolute pleasure of seeing the Madison, Wisconsin show. I felt like the proudest mom in the world. It was an incredible performance with a super fun crowd. And Gamma Ray Bar sure does know how to put on a great show! It was a best night ever kind of a night! 💘

While Lower Broadway in Nashville showcases country music heritage and neon lit honky tonks, East Nashville remains the beating creative pulse of the city’s indie, rock, and underground culture. It’s a community where legendary session players, emerging voices, and touring artists share the floor.

Stepping inside @the5spotnashville (1008 Woodland St) is walking right into East Nashville’s living room. Known as the incubator for the “East Nashville Sound,” this room offers no barricades, no photo pits, and zero separation between the stage and the floor. Under low ceilings and warm ambient light, shooting here is an intimate study in raw connection, sweat, and performance energy.

This particular Friday night brought that exact spirit to life with the Good Girls Tour, capturing electrifying sets from @hellamariela and @thesaintmisty . From delicate guitar riffs to dramatic, uninhibited stage presence, these frames document the unfiltered essence of independent live music.

Swipe through for a look inside the room.
