First time in 8 days or so, I’ve been able to go in the shop to visit @rynotmt and his work. I sure have missed out on some of the processes. And I’m simply amazed as he and @madgear_mattspence explain what I’ve missed!
These two guys have really put their heads together and creating, changing, adapting, laughing, praying… and this thing just gets wilder!

Hey Friends! It’s Naomi… update on #divineintervention
@rynotmt has been putting in major hours day after day, I just haven’t had much time to visit or film.
I check in every once in awhile & he shows me what he changed, added, parts he started over completely because he’s a perfectionist. I’m amazed everytime.
Our buddy Dillon at @flawlessdiesel checked it out while here delivering our GMC. And our neighbor John said, “I can’t take it anymore. I had to come over”. 😂

Ryno has started the passenger side but I have no proof. 🤪

First time seeing @slayerbandofficial in July - Cardiff 🔥

I had lost my brother, he was at the back because he can’t stand mosh pits.

So I headed to the front and a gig mate recognised me @stanczyk007 and pulled me to the front barrier!

Thank god because I would have been fucked.

It was an absolute mental gig with the screen visuals of Baphomet, Reversed Crosses & Pyrotechnics were mental.

I think my contact lenses ended up being glued to my eyeballs! 🤘🏻🤣

what a memorable event 🤘🏻❤️‍🔥

Released on this day

Seasons in the Abyss is the fifth studio album by thrash metal band Slayer, released on October 9, 1990, through Def American Records. The album was produced by Rick Rubin.

Upon its release, Seasons in the Abyss received generally positive reviews peaking at No. 40 on the US Billboard 200 and No. 18 on the UK Albums chart. The album was later certified gold by RIAA with over 800,000 sales in the US.

Season in the Abyss happens to be one of my favorite thrash albums, therefore I may have a bit of a bias opinion about it being underrated. Sure everyone knows Slayer and this album, but when you look at its reception and sales, it doesn’t quite do the album justice.

2025 standard reissue, 180g
