ad | funny how some of the things you once wrote down, visualized or literally only dared to imagine eventually just… become your normal life 🥹 i’m writing this from mallorca, on my first creator trip with @purelei surrounded by women creating, dreaming and building their own little worlds - and it made me think about how many things in my life started way before there was any “proof” they would actually happen. i think that’s the part of manifestation we sometimes forget. you don’t sit around waiting for your dream life to magically find you. you start making decisions that match it before it fully makes sense. you change the way you speak to yourself. you stop feeding every thought that tells you “but realistically…” and you collect the tiniest pieces of evidence that maybe, just maybe, the life in your head isn’t as far away as you think. and then you keep moving towards it. so your little assignment for september: -> pick ONE thing you want. not ten. one. write down what the version of you who already has it would think, do and stop tolerating - and start giving yourself evidence that you are her now. even if reality hasn’t caught up yet girl 🤍 and because my current reality includes being surrounded by an actually dangerous amount of jewelry 😂 all the pieces you see throughout this carousel are @purelei ✨ you can use my code HELLEN-AUGUST for 20% off 🤍

the biggest skill i’ve had to learn wasn’t only discipline. it was learning how to come back to myself faster. because one bad morning doesn’t need to become a bad day. one bad day doesn’t need to become a bad week. one wrong decision doesn’t mean you’ve ruined your progress. one uncomfortable conversation doesn’t deserve three days of replaying it in your head. you’re allowed to feel it. be annoyed. cry. overthink for a minute. admit you handled something badly. but then? reset 🤍 take the lesson without turning it into an identity. i think we lose so much time believing we need to feel completely okay before we can move forward again. but you don’t need a monday, a new month or a perfectly clear mind to start fresh. sometimes the most magnetic thing you can do is decide: this happened. it affected me. but it doesn’t get to have me for the rest of the day. the goal isn’t becoming a woman who never gets thrown off. it’s becoming a woman who trusts herself enough to know she can always find her way back. and every time you do, you become a little harder to derail 🤍 hi, i’m @hellenivoryy 🦋 i help women become magnetic — by building deep self-trust, becoming confident in who they are and creating a life they’re genuinely obsessed with 🤍
