POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

“Every day, once a day, give yourself a present.” ☕🌲

Rewatching the absolute genius that is Twin Peaks has reminded me why some stories never really leave you. They just sit quietly in the back of your mind, somewhere between a dream you can’t quite remember and a place you’re certain you’ve visited before.

There’s something about Lynch’s world that makes the ordinary feel extraordinary, the familiar feel unsettling, and a perfectly innocent cup of coffee feel like a religious experience.

Naturally, I couldn’t resist trying to capture a little of that strange, beautiful atmosphere, much like my Mulder & Scully pieces, paying tribute to the stories and characters that stay with us long after the credits roll.

Damn fine television. Damn fine coffee. And a mystery that never quite lets you go. ☕🦉

I’m feeling an overwhelming sense of gratefulness and I hope I can find the words to properly convey that…

Pax West has been nothing short of incredible this year, and it’s experiences like this that remind me why I love going to cons in the first place.

First off, a huge thank you to the NEW BigGamingLIVE team @wimdomgaming . I appreciate yall more than you know, and I cannot wait to see what kind of fun stuff we can create in the future :)

Thank you also to every channel viewer that came to a panel, stopped me to say hello, had me sign something, etc. the turnout of viewers was staggering, and I felt overwhelmed with emotion after talking to so many of you each day. I can feel how much the channel means to you all; I hope it’s clear that it means as much to me too. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Had a great time with @deadmeat.games playing Machine Party on the creator stage! Yall were super kind (and congrats to @autumnivyofficial for taking home the dub 🤣)

Got to meet John Wolfe as well after hosting a Dread XP horror game showcase last year! Absolute pleasure.

And to my friends, thanks for the laughs and great times :)

Until next time @officialpax_

🌊 I DIDN’T EXPECT TO LOVE THIS UNDERWATER ADVENTURE AS MUCH AS I DO…

Port of Jumanah has completely won me over so far. 🐠⚔️

From the opening setup to heading out on each expedition, there’s a really satisfying gameplay loop here — explore, fight enemies, collect resources, grab upgrades, build up your abilities and prepare for the next dive.

The combat feels surprisingly punchy, with melee attacks, ranged options and plenty of enemies keeping each expedition feeling chaotic and unpredictable. The roguelite progression adds that “just one more run” feeling that can absolutely destroy your plans for an early night 😂

But honestly… the art style is what really hooked me.

It gives me HUGE Zelda: The Wind Waker vibes. The colourful world, expressive characters and beautifully stylised environments give the whole game this wonderfully charming animated-adventure feel.

I’m still making my way through it, so this is very much a “so far” score…

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5

Colourful, charming, surprisingly addictive and ridiculously fun to explore. I’m definitely diving back in. 🌊

Have you played Port of Jumanah yet? What do you think?

Resident Evil Outbreak 1&2

Really wanted to play the first one, but my PS2 slim decided otherwise- gifting me a middle finger in the form of “can’t read disc”. Which is fine, cool…I don’t mind the sudden betrayal. So now I must look for a good deal for a thicc ps2…because I like it that way!

"Whatever it takes to save this city, count me in"

"I don't want anymore regrets. Whatever it takes, count me in"

This scene where Grace Ashcroft parallels Leon S Kennedy from RE2 was such a nice touch!

Also, anyone else listening to "Through the Darkness" on repeat?

See, it's one of the HIDDEN CHALLENGES of Resident Evil Requiem! Simplier than the final puzzle, but still up there. Make sure the chef is taken out or at least out of the room because he won't help you...unless you are cutting the cake. Challenge is worth about 4000CP

Fatal Frame 2: The Crimson Butterfly

Got it in and excited to play!…after the completion of my current game. The one thing I’m really happy about is their decision to retain their character style. Glad the didn’t decide to make it hyper realistic.

Anyhow, have a great Thursday, and hope your dumpy gets thicker! 🍑

𝕿𝖍𝖊 𝖂𝖎𝖙𝖈𝖍𝖊𝖗 3: 𝖂𝖎𝖑𝖉 𝕳𝖚𝖓𝖙

This game right here! One of my favourite series- not just the game- the show, the books, the comics, the games..:all of it! Diving into a world brimmed with lore; some even derived from European mythology and superstition.

Really itching for the new game and expanding more on Ciri’s journey. I can’t wait! 🖤🖤🖤👀👀
