Being who I am , harnessing all my gifts, doing what I do ; eye take into consideration many downloads. Trying not to overload myself but so many realizations come thru during these moments. This past Sunday was a solo sess w a good friend. We’ve both been putting in work to vibrate higher within our throat & heart chakra. But for me personally; Eye realized as i spent time with my family my throat vortex just completely closes off when I’m with them. I try to speak on how I feel but it’s difficult to speak through narcissism, spiritual manipulation, gaslighting. So then that throat chakra just shuts down entirely. Nothing to be said. But there’s so much to be said. I found my heart literally aching as tensions grew during this last “holiday”. Had to take care of her & at least attempt to speak up. My sensitivity has been used as a weapon against me for so long. I don’t wanna feel. I don’t wanna notice every small energy shift in ppl. I don’t wanna be so sensitive to the point I’m crying tears of anger. To the point it’s hard to breathe because my heart is beating so fast. But it’s like, I do love me entirely so therefore I love my sensitivity. Sometimes I wonder tho ; had my insensitive father been around in adolescence would I be capable of holding such big feelings. Had my intense mother not screamed & shout to get her emotions out would I be capable of reading energy as well as I do. So with this session my guides spoke to me & it took me time to decipher butttt babyyy I got the download. I’ll share this one w y’all cause Ik it resonates somewhere w someone. As I tapped the throat chakra bowl my right eye just started dancing , twitching fr .. tapped the heart & rang it … eye just watered. My Throat is tired of having to shut down because my heart has been too considerate of others ; so much so I’ve not considered myself as much as needed. Cried when I rang the heart because that was the song cry. After not being able to show my true sentiments of love ; which does in fact include accountability.
