One of the biggest mistakes people make when in the overhook/underhook battle is keeping their hips back. You might think you’re keeping you hips away from the throw but you’re actually breaking your own posture, thus making it easier to throw. Instead, step your leg in the middle, pop your hips in and beat them to the punch 👊🥊

This year we helped 72 + people get back to training
over 10 months of doing PT at The Way.

The highlights:

• Shoulders, knees, and low backs trying to steal the show

• CrossFitters doing CrossFit things (getting hurt)

• A lot of isometrics, tempo work, and single-leg exercises

• Fewer “I guess I’ll just stop training” moments

The big takeaway?
Pain didn’t mean broken.
Rest wasn’t the answer.
And most people didn’t need to stop. They needed a plan.

If your 2025 Wrapped included:

“this has been nagging me for months”

“it’s fine once I’m warm”
