Plötzlich durfte ich:

📈 Strategien bauen.
🎥 Content produzieren.
👩🏼‍💻 Frauen begleiten.
❤️‍🔥 Entscheidungen treffen.
😅 Verantwortung übernehmen.

Und dann sagen Menschen:

“Online arbeitest du doch gar nicht…”

JUNGE… 🤣

Ich wusste nicht mal, dass man für Shampoo irgendwann Excel aufmacht.

Aber genau deshalb bin ich heute so unfassbar stolz.

Denn hinter diesem Rang stecken keine Glücksmomente.

Wir sind beide Mamas.
Und deshalb träumen wir längst nicht mehr nur für uns selbst.

Wir träumen für die Zukunft unserer Kinder.
Für mehr Zeit statt weniger. Für Möglichkeiten statt Grenzen. Für ein Leben, in dem wir selbst entscheiden, wie unser Alltag aussieht.

Dass wir uns über MONAT wirklich kennengelernt haben, war vielleicht Zufall.
Dass wir heute gemeinsam losgehen, füreinander da sind und dieselbe Vision teilen, fühlt sich nicht wie Zufall an.

Denn wenn zwei Menschen aufeinandertreffen, die sich gegenseitig wachsen sehen wollen, entsteht etwas, das größer ist als ein Business.

Es entsteht Vertrauen.
Eine Freundschaft.
Ein gemeinsamer Weg.

Und ich wünsche jedem Menschen mindestens eine Person, die nicht neidisch auf deine Erfolge ist, sondern neben dir steht und sagt:

She was baby wearing. I was baby wearing.
Each had a toddler running around.
Military spouse 🤝 veteran spouse
I flipped her hair and said “come sell shampoo with me.”
She said no. 🤣
She said she was selling everything and moving into an RV with her family. 🚛
This girl ended up joining about 3 months after that, and has the most INSANE work ethic, not to mention sense of humor God knew I needed in my life.
She has worked so hard behind the scenes. In hard seasons of her life no one saw.
She showed up, for herself, for her team, for her family!

Every day I logon to this app I see a post about how burned out a stylist is and the comment section is flooded with so many in agreement with them. I have been there. In fact I burned my business and socials to the ground in 2021.
When I came back I vowed to do things differently and now I am. I still do hair. I still get to love on my clients. But now I can also make money while I’m at the pool with my kids, while I’m on a date with my husband. Even in my sleep. And we aren’t talking Starbucks money here.
I watched @kellitmoore earn a car yesterday. I watched @kananitsunami double her income last month. This is the real deal. Stylists, you’re literally holding cheat codes to this business. You’ll succeed just by doing the thing you do every day which is recommend (the best) product to your clients. You just have to give yourself the chance.
There are so many amazing women on this team that will personally make sure you succeed. I’m blown away. Join our team, change your life. It’s really that simple.
