HAPPY NEW YEAR 🎆🎊🙏🏼🙌🏼🍾🎉!
We made it through 2020. I don’t know about you, but I’m so ready to love 2021, omg!

I can see a shimmering light 🌞 at the end of a very dark tunnel starting to come into focus.

I can see myself running towards that light, reaching for that light, BEING that light✨

I can see you doing that too, opening your heart and freeing yourself in 2021… letting go of fear, reclaiming your purpose and living like you’ve never lived before.

Isn’t it crazy how you have to almost lose everything to appreciate what really matters? To me, that’s the love we have, the love we give and the love we receive.

So I can think of no better way to kick off 2021 than to share our voices -for the first time in 2021🎉✨🍾

TOGETHER!

I had the honor of attending a private invitation only grand opening on Saturday 10/26/19 of

Private offices, shared work spaces, meeting rooms, a recording space, fitness room, performance and activism stage all available, and so much more. So many beautiful brown, black, and tan strong creative beautiful goddesses in one place. It was a spectacular event filled with music, socializing, wellness, and nourishment. #womenofcolor #socialactivism #globalnetwork #allies #blackbirdhouse #inclusion #connectivity #wellness #creativity #paradigmshift #networking #arise #spirituality #productivity #beautifulblackgoddesses #collaborativeworkspace #lifeworkbalance #livelovesparkle @the.blackbird.house @vibrate.elevate.radiate @shegrowswegrow @womenofsocal @rosemarywest

Yesterday I mentioned movement, and how it removes blockages. It removes them from your mind, body, and spirit. It reduces stress and moves the oxygenated blood throughout the body. Exercise creates endorphins in the body it’s a natural happy feeling you experience. You go from 0-10. It’s the same feeling when you hear your favorite song or a certain level of Beta, Delta, or Theta Binaural beats. I use Binaural sounds in my energy healing sessions. So whatever gets your heart pumping and the endorphins flowing do it, go for a walk, run, dance just do it. That’s me in the videos last year working out in Illinois. I love the feel of steel in my hands, sculpting my body like clay. Latin dancing is another favorite of mine. I like walking also and so much more...
Start moving and feel the natural high, and it’s free with no side affects. #endorphins #endorphinsmakeyouhappy #exercise #fitness #stressreduction #weightlifting #vibrateelevateradiate #femalebodybuilder #womenhavemuscles #bodybuilding #dancing #latindancing #walking #run #binauralbeats #livelovesparkle #thetabeats #deltabeats #betabeats #getmoving 🎼💃🏽🕺🏾💪🏽🏋🏾‍♂️🤸🏽‍♀️🤾🏽‍♀️🤺🏌🏽‍♀️🤾🏽‍♂️🏊🏽‍♀️🏄🏾‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🧗🏾‍♀️🚣🏾‍♂️🏂⛷⛸⛹🏽‍♀️🤽🏾‍♀️🤼‍♂️🥋🥊🏒🏏

Three days into Black History Month brought my thoughts back to the Parade I attended in Dr. Martin Luther King’s honor last month in LA. This and so many of his quotes stand as testaments to the man his wisdom, and is work of equality and peace. His words endure on so many levels, with the emotional climate of the world today... “Everything that is done in the world is done by hope.” #hopelives #keephopealive✊🏾 #withouthopethereisnothing #hopeiseternal #keephopeinyourheart #hopeisourstrength #hopeisoursuperpower #hope #happyblackhistorymonth #blackhistorymonth #freedom #equality

We have to sit in silence and review/reflect on what’s really important. If something or someone is pulling you from the center of your peace, you must let it or them go. You can live without the toxic stress, it can feel like a challenge but it’s easier than you think. Fill that new beautiful openness with self love. Don’t forget to forgive yourself for holding on to it and then reward yourself with something loving. 🙏🏽🙌🏽☮️💗✨...
