Saturday Run Club! 🏃‍♂️

Seems like summer is getting close with a beautiful day for it ☀️ We took a trip down to our first beach cafe of the year for this run club 🤩

It was a very sweaty run but human & dog alike had a nice post run cool off in the sea 🤣 Hopefully many more sunny run clubs to come!! 🥳

See you on Saturday! 🫡

Thank you to everyone who joined my birthday fun run! 🏃‍♂️

I’m so grateful for the lifestyle I have now. I used to be scared to step into the gym, but now taking care of myself has become a big part of my life.

This fun run is also dedicated to Barnstable Health. I wouldn’t have this better lifestyle without BH and George. Thank you for helping me become the person I am today. 🙏🏻

If you’re confused, scared, or don’t know where to start, give @george.barnstable a follow. You don’t have to be perfect to start. Just take the first step. 🩵

“Taking care of yourself is not selfish. It’s a way of loving yourself.”

Saturday Run Club! 🏃

The turnouts are always so surprising, this one especially! Think the cafe were quite shocked at going from so quiet to so busy 🤣 Probably need to start letting them know we’re coming if this carries on 🥳

Weather was 50/50, but it was nice under the covers at Bon Matin for a coffee catch up post run ☕️ 🥐

See you all this Saturday!! 🙌
