When I was at my lowest point, all I wanted was to have someone who would help me get out of bed.

I created an email sequence that does just that:

💌 30 days of support to encourage you, step-by-step-, to get out of bed and keep moving forward.

You’ll get a morning 🌞 and evening 🌑 email filled with love, patience, stories, and the methods I used to get myself out of bed.

This world was made for you and you deserve to be part of it.

Let’s get you back into the world.

Love, Anastasiya 🏹

P.S you’ll find the “get out of bed” link 🔗 in my bio.

See you there!

When was the last time you felt “light”?

Over the course of my life, I’ve realized many things…

Many things relating to relationship dynamics, why things are the way they are, the relationship we have with our self, etc.

But, one significant aspect of humanity that I never expected to experience to the depth that I did was loosing my ability to the see, and feel, the “light at the end of the tunnel”.

You know what I’m talking about.

That was the scariest moment that changed everything for me.

My name is Anastasiya and I created The Sonder as a lifeline for myself. And now, for others, like you.

At its core - and the reason I created it - it was my way of getting out of bed…a simple task when healthy, and the most impossible, gut-wrenching task when unhealthy).

Cresting @atthesonder helped me get out of bed in 2 ways:

1. I gave myself the task to get out of bed, take a bath, and get out with the intention to write my newsletter 3x/week (which is how I communicate with my sonder community).

2. Even though at first I was sending my emails to no one on my list…sending out (and releasing) my thoughts, ideas, and, quite honestly, my stored up love, frustration, and anxiety was medicine that I needed to keep moving forward.

I was desperate for someone to listen, but there was no one to talk to. So, when there’s no one to talk to, we improvise.

And from that desperation, The Sonder was created. I thank the heavens everyday that I did.

I remember laying in bed and thinking to myself…

“To the best of my ability, I will never let anyone feel alone to the extent that I do while they’re suffering”.

And that is my mission, and vision, with The Sonder.

To remind you that you are not alone.

And no matter what…we keep moving.

Especially when you feel like it’s impossible. There’s always a way.

Welcome to The Sonder, I’m so glad you’re here.

- Anastasiya 🤎

P.S.

Through writing The Sonder, finding ways to deal with my pain, and walking through the fire of struggle…

I realised that I don’t need to find the light.

I am the light.

And now I have the ability to always light the way.

You can too. I’ll show you how. ✨

See you atthesonder
