Introducing Wellness at the House! 🤍✨

Wellness is such a big part of our lives, and we know it is for so many of our clients, too! We wanted to bring our love for beauty, wellness, and community together to create something special.

We’re so excited to kick off our new event series with Pilates at the House on October 18th! 🧘‍♀️🌿

Join us for movement led by @hellocicily , good energy, community, and a little self-care! Plus, we’ll have swag bags filled with goodies from our amazing contributing vendors! 🛍️ Browse our selection of crystals from @alexislburhenn while you’re at the studio! As a special for this event, buy two crystal bracelets and get a third free✨

Transform Austin’s providers will be offering Botox and B12 shots at discounted event prices after class as well. They’re also contributing gift cards to our goodie bags, which can be used toward services at the event or saved for a future visit!
Treatments are optional, purchased separately from your class ticket, and subject to a consultation with their providers.

This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to share what else we have planned!

✨ Limited spots available! Reserve yours through the link in our bio.

Have garage? Will travel. 💪🏽

My girl Misty planned a workout + brunch for today, so I came over, took everyone through a garage workout, and then we refueled with brunch.

Perfect Sunday Funday 💜.

Save this workout for your next garage session:

Warm up: 3 sets
15 banded glute bridge + abduction at top
8/8 plank + press out
10 banded squats
8/8 single leg v-ups

3x:
250m row
10 MB slams
20 Russian twist
20 SB walking lunges

3x
200m ski
10 sumo squat + bicep curl
8/8 lateral step + swing
————-
But seriously, I love group training and would happily come to you to put you & your friends through a workout on a girls weekend, bachelorette party, etc. Same goes for the guys. Will travel to train. LET’S GOOOO 💪🏽

I blinked and it was June.

Turns out I’ve been collecting memories instead of posting them, so here’s January. Little snapshots from the start of the year 🤍

When the bestie invites you to mock service at @sugarwolfatx, you just don’t hesitate. This spot opens on Tuesday and has a fantastic selection of baked items, delicious deli goods, amazing beverages, and an incredible aesthetic. 10/10 recommend. Huge thank you to @hellocicily for inviting me and thank you once again to @sugarwolfatx for doing it so right.

Soft-spoken focus. Breath-led strength.

A teacher who treats movement like a conversation, steady and intentional. Meet AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor Cicily Oliver.

Yoga since 2001. Pilates since 2008. A lifelong mover who has turned curiosity into craft, and craft into a calling. @hellocicily teaches across traditions, including yoga and Pilates, on all apparatus. No matter the format, one principle always guides her: when breath leads, the body follows. That rhythm is her anchor and her signature. With roots in classical technique and inspiration from teachers like David Swenson, Sharath Jois, and Maria Leone, she blends structure with exploration. Her classes invite students to grow, adapt, and move with purpose. Cicily is not just joining the industry. She is elevating it, one breath and one thoughtful transition at a time.

We are proud to welcome her to the AFAA community. Ready to start your own journey as a leader in movement? Learn more about earning your AFAA GFI at the link in bio.
