I specialize in classic, volume, wispy, and anime-inspired lash styles, as well as Korean lash lifts. I love creating completely customized looks that complement each client’s natural features and bring their unique lash visions to life. 🤍

I’m passionate about creating lashes that are not only beautiful, but also thoughtfully tailored to each client. I take into consideration your natural lash health, desired style, face shape, and overall look to create a set that feels uniquely yours. A few fun facts about me! 🥰 I’m a proud cat mom to two adorable cats. My Ragdoll cat, Jojo, especially loves following me everywhere—I swear he has to be involved in everything I do! 🐱💕 Outside of the salon, I love cooking and baking desserts, and I’m always looking for a new adventure. Some of my favorite outdoor activities include paragliding🪂, kayaking, and camping. Reintroducing the beautiful Halley 🤍✨

10 years of lash artistry. 9 years at The Lash Bar. And a level of talent that truly speaks for itself.💖

Halley’s signature work is the kind of artistry you don’t find just anywhere — thoughtful, precise, effortless, and completely her own. Her attention to detail and commitment to creating the most beautiful results have made her one of our most sought-after artists. What makes Halley truly special is the connection she creates with each and everyone of her clients. You will never leave her chair without feeling truly listened to and loved by Halley. We couldn’t imagine The Lash Bar without her.

When she’s not behind the lash bed, she’s usually spending time with her pup, getting outside, or studying her way through nursing school 🐶🌿🩺

A true original, and simply the best at what she does. 💖
The Lash Bar simply wouldn’t be the same without your artistry, heart, and presence. ✨💕. #utahsalons #ʟᴀsʜʙᴏss #utahartist #lashbabes #lashbar

I love brightening or darkening hair to match your energy/vibe and make your best hair come to life. I’ve been doing hair for 19 years and been with The Lash Bar for 9 of those years!
When I’m not at work I’m probably at a field watching my boys play football or baseball. 🏈 ⚾️
