POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Run with us as we aim to create a safe space for girls to run together, push each other, and meet our goals together 💛

Meet tomorrow at 6:30am for our first run together! Wahoo! We’ll start AT daydrinkers, head to the trail and make our way back for a coffee fuel up post run.

Need to know:
> starting shortly after 6:30. Arrive earlier for coffee (risky, but you do you) or potty break at daydrinkers beforehand
> canned LMNT provided generously by @runingreenville for a post run hydration!
> hats will be available for purchase for $20 <3

MOST importantly: we’re not elites and we won’t act like it. You might be afraid to show up with what you have to offer, but just show up. Your best effort today will one day be your warm-up if you learn to stick with it. - Kacie
Oh and be prepared to giggle a LOT and maybe meet some running goals while doing it -Nikki

Sometimes a time crunch means using faux flowers! I had some fun pretending to be a florist 💐 happy to say these blooms will be reused for upcoming events and future displays 😊

Come find these blooms Oct 24th at the @cabanafallspool for a special event with @runingreenville and @on ! And even better, @hellodaydrinkers will be providing treats! See you there 👋☀️

New to Greenville or still figuring out your go to spots? Start here 👀

These are the places I wish someone had told me about sooner, the ones that make settling into a city feel a little easier and a lot more fun.

Consider this your shortcut to finding the coffee shop you’ll keep going back to, the happy hour spot you’ll recommend to everyone, and the local favorites that make Greenville feel more familiar.

Save this for later, then send it to someone who’s still learning their way around.

I created this app to help people find their favorite coffee shops, and find new ones to try!

If you have a coffee shop, you can check to see if your shop is listed or add it as a new shop! The more info you input the better it will match you to the right people.

Comment "Coffee" and I'll send you a link to claim your shops page!

How catch up culture is ruining our conversations ⭐️ and a practical guide on how to become a great conversationalist… even if you’re not an extrovert.

Information is not intimacy, and these boring conversation loops have contributed to us being the loneliest generation in history.

The full article, and more like it, is up on my Substack. Link in my bio or search Eggs On Monday in the app 🍳

Finally made it to @hellodaydrinkers ! ☕🤎

A birthday gift card was the perfect excuse to check out this local favorite, and my chai latte with @happycowcreamerysc whole milk did not disappoint!

What’s your favorite local coffee shop?
