Sometimes you just need a little air, and a mountain has plenty ☁️☁️

Join us next month for a gentle hike to the top of Arabia Mountain for a calming grounding practice followed by an immersive sound experience as the morning slowly comes to life around us.

Breathing Room: A Sunrise Grounding + Sound Experience will be 7am-8am (with a guided hike up the mountain starting at 6:45am).

First week of activations done! ✨The seriousness of the subject matter was softened through lips that spoke love and understanding, arms that hugged openly, and spirit that flowed generously.

Women were seen. Women were heard. Women were held. ✨

The success of HELD resides in even just one woman sees her reflection in another. With confidence, they could say, “I’m not alone.” That happened so many times this weekend.

Do you remember when the world felt softer?

Before the responsibilities. Before you learned to make yourself smaller, or bigger, or whatever the room needed you to become. Before you forgot that you were already enough.

I’ve been holding something for a while now. And it’s finally time to share it.

Good Feeling is a 60-minute immersive sound bath and it’s unlike anything I’ve offered before.

There’s a childhood song at the center of this experience. One you may already know. One that may live somewhere in your body before your mind even catches up. I’ve reimagined it for the adult who needs it most right now.

I’m not going to tell you which one. You’ll know when you’re in the room.

You don’t need to prepare. You don’t need to arrive healed or hopeful or ready to grow. You just need to show up and lay down.

I’ll take it from there.

Good Feeling is for those who are ready to remember without permission.

Join us at @ninabaldwingallery for public programming that was created with intention. The instructors and panelists involved each have a womb story of their own, so this ain’t no pity party. This is “we stronger together.” This is “lay my burdens by the riverside.” This is “Sista, you been on my mind. Sista, we’re two of a kind.”
