Waking up on this snowy *FULL PAGE* @nyt_nyc Sunday morning filled with pride and gratitude. Proud to be an Italian American, particularly the heritage that my ancestors and @raffettos_pasta so fortunately created to pave the foundation of my path. Proud of @petitepastajoint for starting out as a seedling to quench my thirst for hospitality, turned pop-up and private events company that has opened so many doors, and most importantly brought me one of the greatest loves of my life, @foodloversdiary as I continue to grow alongside her. Admittedly, proud of myself for taking a birthright and choosing more than the straight and narrow road to success- which I learn more and more every day, is not measured by the financial achievements I mistakenly long for. The gift of my funny little life bringing me side splitting laughter and nourishment in every sense, even on the ‘worst’ or most tiring of days, is a hell of a lot better than I could ever ask for.
