Oh you pull-ups you 😅💪

Pull-ups are one of the most challenging exercise to progress with, but here is one way that can help!

Try a couple sets changing your grip position so that different muscles can improve strength and mobility for the upper body 💪

Doing that same thing over and over again won’t make progress, but challenging your strength in new positions will 👍

Iced Cappuccino - $220

Strong ladies have to flex 💪

Pull-up negatives are a great way to develop a strong upper body (lats, scapular control, and posture) for better pull-ups 🤘

“I’ve never felt stronger on one foot” 💪

I was working with Kathy the other day on her single leg deadlift and she had some issues keeping balance and control of her knee.

We broke down the movement of her body as she did her deadlift and found that her hips weren’t in the best position to feel secure on one foot.

Her cue of “high hip” kept her core engaged throughout the deadlift and totally changed her lunges from a previous set.

Use this cue to help your single leg training for better balance and muscle usage 💪

If you’re not strong on 1 leg, you’re not strong on 2 🦵🦵

At Rx we help develop strength and balance to make life feel easier 👍

Split squats are the single best exercise for building lower body functional strength 💪

With low injury risk and direct translation to daily movement patterns, split squats will always be in Rx Training’s programming to grow stronger legs in Philly 💪

Don’t miss your splits, train single leg 🫡

Wanna get stronger on 1 leg, DM us for your free first workout 🤘
