I need your help getting to $20,000.

I’ve spent years dealing with complex neurological and spinal issues, and after multiple surgeries and evaluations, I finally have a treatment plan.

I have invasive testing and brain surgery scheduled for January 12th and 13th in New York with a neurosurgeon who has the expertise to take on my very complex case.

The problem? The medical care, travel, and recovery costs are expensive, and I need to raise $20,000 to make it possible.

If 1,000 people donated just $15, I’d reach my goal.

Meet the speakers joining The Patient Journey panel at the 2nd Annual TransplantLyfe + Temple Health Patient Summit.

Michael Tepedino received a living donor kidney transplant on June 17, 2026. He’ll share his experience navigating the transplant process and adjusting to life after transplant.

Marybeth Lawrence, BSN, RN, CCTC, is a Kidney Living Donor Nurse Coordinator at Temple Health. She’ll bring the provider perspective and share insight into helping patients prepare for and navigate their transplant journey.

Together, Michael and Marybeth will have an honest conversation about transplant timelines, fears, barriers, staying “transplant-ready,” and life after transplant.
