🥊 Tips for a Better 1-2 (Jab-Cross)!

Establish Your Jab: The jab sets up the right hand! If you can’t consistently land your jab, you’re going to have a hard time landing your cross.

Don’t Load Up: Once you’ve established your jab, let that right hand go! Avoid telegraphing your punch by loading up. Just throw it!

Close the Gap Between Punches: Throw the jab and cross in quick succession, almost simultaneously! Don’t give your opponent time to react between punches.

Keep it sharp, quick, and effective! 🥊 #boxing #puertorico #boxingtraining #boxingworkout #boxingtips

Double End Bag Benefits ft DE Bag from @ringside_boxing and bag mitts from @hendersonboxing Offense & Defense: Practice throwing punches while incorporating defensive movements.

Rhythm & Timing: Work on different punching rhythms, timing, and combinations.

Hand-Eye Coordination: Improve your accuracy, reflexes, and ability to track a moving target.

Uppercuts: Unlike some traditional heavy bags, the double-end bag allows you to practice uppercuts at a more natural angle. One of the best tools for training 🥊 #boxing #puertorico #boxingtraining #boxingworkout #boxingdefense

More from 9.

Just doing all the things I said I would and more.

From the ring, to the road, to the dojo.

Gonna keep moving forward with the Lord guiding my steps and only focusing on the things I can control.

If you ask me, if you’re not delusional with it, then you’re the crazy one.
