455 top weight! 295 bar with 160 in chains. Most weight I have ever stood up with on my back 🦿🦾💪🏻 week 10 of 12 for the meet @thedogghouse_gym October 10th. Staying at a very trim 165 lbs, top of my weight class. 1000 pound total is in the crosshairs. After all this anxiety of waiting, I’m having a little girl! Of course i am! Daddy’s little girl about to make me an emotional wreck but I know I need it! I got alot to learn and growing to do and I’m sure you’re going to be the teacher! Daddy promise to always love you, support you, respect you, protect you, provide for you and put you in the best positions to be the best you! I got so much love to give you and can’t wait to give it to you! You got the best Mommy and Daddy ever!
