That three story light hanging from the top if the dormer is putting on a show. The stair curving around the fixture to give up its priority in this moment.

@hennepinmade helped us pull together this light that elegantly staggers it's way down through the stairs into the lower level. Slide through to see the interior.

So in love with how this house is coming together! Casual, warm, modern, with a soft reference to the California coastline. ☀️🧡✌️

Mix n match….

A favorite closeup of mine from our Charter Oak project. We used limestone for a clean but natural countertop, mixed two tile formats of varied shape, and used burl and white bronze metal for the cabinetry selection.

A little flashback to some very special spaces ✨

As we get ready for this year’s @asid_azsouth Design Excellence Awards, we’re looking back at the award-winning spaces we were so proud to celebrate in 2025. Each one holds its own story and so much creativity behind it.

We’re looking forward to another wonderful evening celebrating design, reconnecting with friends, and cheering on the incredible talent in our design community.

Here’s to a beautiful night ahead - we can’t wait! 🥂

One of my favorite parts of my job is figuring out my clients’ personalities, leaning into what makes their style feel distinctly theirs, and finding cool new artisans and makers that complement it!

So, today in my tabs: lighting 💡I’m sharing a few brands and pieces we’re currently sourcing that might be new to you.
