Duck raviolis & orange sauce: Beijing duck inspired our chef to do a pasta dish.

First of all this pasta is artisanal and homemade done by this amazing napolitan couple in Lisbon Giuseppe Godono and Stefania Raiola owners of @pastificiolapastafresca. Fresh means F-R-E-S-H. No preservatives at all.

Second, the classic combination gaings a touch of soy sauce and spices, sprinkled with orange zest, black pepper and microleafs.

It use to be one of “Pastas of the day”, but if we don’t have it, some clients can go angry. And we don’t want it at all!!! You better try!

Best-seller! Burrata Alba comes with roasted mushrooms, truffle oil, lemon zest and honey. Recipe that survive on the menu for more than five years. Special thanks to chef Andrea Kaufmann. We can’t take it out!

Risoto vegan existe? Sim!

Em vez de queijo, usamos leveduras, curcuma e uma cobertura saborosa de vegetais grelhados salpicados con sementes de abóbora e folhas de manjericão.

Receita do chef Nathan Pias para o Wel Well em Lisboa. Já provou?
