Heat and humidity can affect more than your comfort. Heat & Humidity can leave you feeling tired, foggy, dehydrated, irritable, lightheaded, or simply not quite like yourself.

When the air is humid, it contains more water vapor, making it feel heavier and harder to inhale. For individuals with lung conditions, this means extra stress on the respiratory system. High humidity can also trap pollutants and allergens like pollen and mold spores, leading to poor air quality. Combine this with soaring summer temperatures, and your lungs have to work even harder.

Those with asthma, bronchitis, or COPD are especially vulnerable to flare-ups during hot, humid days.

Common Symptoms to Watch For…

Hot, humid weather can cause:

• Shortness of breath, even during light activity.

• Wheezing or persistent coughing.

• Chest tightness and fatigue.

• Signs of heat stress, such as dizziness or rapid heartbeat, combined with breathing difficulties.

If you notice any of these symptoms, it’s important to take them seriously, particularly if they worsen while you’re outside.

I’m talking about all of this while @waymo does the driving.

Remember to slow down, hydrate, pay attention to what your body is telling you, and take the heat seriously.

As April draws to a close, we step into a period that asks for steadiness, clarity, and presence. The energy now is less about searching and more about settling into what has already shifted—choosing to align with your inner knowing and letting that guide your every step.

This is a week of anchoring—not by clinging, but by clearly aligning with your values and the life you are ready to live. The external world may still feel unpredictable and unsettled, with waves of collective unrest in financial, political, and global arenas. But rather than reacting, the invitation is to respond with grounded awareness. Observe what’s moving around you, but remain centered in what is true within you.

🌑 A sacred reset is on the horizon - Taurus New Moon – Sunday, April 27 - This Super New Moon arrives as a sacred pause—a grounding breath after months of energetic intensity

🪞 Journal Questions | April 23–30
Where in my life do I now feel a strong sense of clarity or conviction that I didn’t before?

What beliefs, behaviors, or attachments am I being asked to release so I can fully anchor into what’s next?

What choices feel aligned with my inner truth—regardless of what others may think or expect?

How can I support myself emotionally, physically, and energetically during moments of external instability?

Where is my energy most alive and inspired right now?

What does “living from alignment” look like for me today?

What practices, spaces, or relationships help keep me grounded in gratitude and trust?

🌱 Intentions:
I choose to stand firmly in my truth and align my actions with what I value most.

I remain grounded in my energy, even when the world around me feels uncertain.

I trust my intuition to guide me toward aligned people, spaces, and opportunities.

I tend to my nervous system with kindness, care, and mindful attention.

I move from clarity—not urgency—and honor my own timing.

I keep my frequency elevated through gratitude, presence, and self-awareness.

I allow my new foundation to take shape through consistent, heart-centered choices.

With love, care, and gratitude,

Henri

Libra Full Moon | April 12/13, 2025 | Return to Balance, Reclaim the Heart, Release the Old

The Libra Full Moon rises April 12/13, 2025, offering us a sacred pause to realign. ✨ Under this luminous sky, we’re asked to reflect: Where are we out of balance? Where have we over-given? Under-nurtured? Overstayed?

🌿 This is not about perfection — it’s about Light truth. Energetic harmony. Emotional recalibration.

This Moon arrives within the Eclipse Portal and connects to the Aries Solar Eclipse of March 29. Emotions may resurface. Clarity may finally land. Light Truth may illuminate. 🌀

🩵 Chiron, the Wounded Healer, walks beside this Moon, asking us to see our wounds not as flaws, but as portals of purpose. Can you honor your scars as sacred?

💗 Venus goes direct under this Full Moon too, amplifying heart wisdom. Lessons in love, worth, and self-nourishment reach a turning point. What are you ready to let go of? What new version of love are you now ready to live?

🔥 Mars brings momentum. If you’ve been stuck, this is the nudge to move — with clarity, not urgency.

Let this Full Moon be your turning point.
A moment to honor the becoming.
To return to your center.
To choose balance, not burnout.
To soften. To rise.

✨ Intention: I return to my center. I honor my heart. I walk forward with renewed grace. 🌕

Feeling Gut-Tired? This Might Be Why: Solar Plexus Clearing and Activation

This month also brings solar plexus clearing and activation—which means willpower, identity, and power patterns are being cleared and restructured.

This is a quick but important update. I know I mentioned some physical symptoms in the April 2025 Energy Forecast, but I’ve been feeling them so strongly that I wanted to speak directly to them here—because chances are, you might be feeling this, too.

One of the biggest things I’ve been noticing—and maybe you have too—is just how intense the solar plexus clearing and activation has been.

At the end of March and into April, I’ve been moving through a deep wave of fatigue and recalibration, especially centered in the stomach area/the solar plexus.

And here’s what’s going on:
The solar plexus is the energetic center of our willpower, identity, confidence, and personal power. It’s also where we hold a lot of karmic patterns, ancestral imprints, and control-based energy.

So when higher frequencies of Light and truth start to stream in—especially after Eclipse season—this part of the body has to clear out old density first before it can receive the activation.

You can’t integrate more Light if there’s no room for it.

So what we’re feeling is both a release and an acclimation:
• The release of stored fear, control, self-doubt, or trauma that’s been stuck in the gut
• And the acclimation to a new energetic frequency—one that requires us to carry personal power in a new way

This shift can feel like exhaustion, heaviness, or even waves of emotional release tied to self-worth or feeling safe in your own power.

🔥 Solar Plexus Clearing and Activation:
This month also brings solar plexus clearing and activation—which means willpower, identity, and power patterns are being cleared and restructured. This clearing is making space for new energetic codes of empowered clarity and sovereignty.

You might be feeling:
• Sour stomach
• Tiredness in stomach
• Tightness, cramping, or fatigue in the belly
• Gut-punched sensations
• Adrenal exhaustion
• Digestive Disruption
• Lower motivation (it’s only temporary)

Lean into your tools my friends. 💗🙏🙌
