Open Letter To My Friends.
To all my old and new friends, family and loved ones: This letter is for you.

I sincerely hope life is treating you well. We all have our personal struggles that we can’t discuss with people, we try so hard to mask it with a smile every time we meet up with friends and family but please understand that it’s okay to be a bit vulnerable, everyone around you love you and God loves you deeply and fiercely, more than you know. He is always available for you.

If you are currently living in Nigeria, this is a big hug from me to you because I know you need it, we all need it right now.
Try as much as possible to harness the current situation of the country or look for a way out. I sincerely wish you the best in any decision you make.

A lot of us lost communication due to relocation, some of us fell out because of unresolved issues.

I’m sorry we’ve not been able to keep in touch as much as we should but I’m certainly rooting for you. I wish and pray you get every good thing you want for yourselves.

To those of us that fell out due to some unresolved issues, life is too short for all of that. I’m also rooting for you and I sincerely wish you the best in all your endeavors.

To the ones presently in my circle, know that you have a friend that will always stretch you to be the best version of yourselves.

You cannot be my friend and be idle, we will dive into that passion of yours and create a career out of it together. I will follow your progress like I have shares in it.

I really want everyone around me to win and win big. I have zero tolerance for mediocrity!

I know I can be a bit overbearing at times and I’m sincerely sorry but I’m certain your future self will thank me for it.

Once again, to my friends in diaspora, everyone thinks you have it figured out because you are out of this country, just know that whatever you might be going through silently, you are not alone. I am here when you need to talk.

Finally, Let’s love God more, let’s keep following His will and His way, He will never disappoint us. Remember He brought us to this world to love us. ❤️🫂

Love,
Dami Taiwo
