❤️💛💙 LO LOGRAMOS! Our Zumbatón por Venezuela y Colombia was truly one for the heart. We are so grateful for the people who donated and for everyone who came from different parts of Atlanta to be part of this beautiful event.

For 1 hour and 30 minutes, we danced together with 11 amazing instructors, all united for one purpose: to give back and support Venezuela and Colombia through @umc_umcor . 🇻🇪🇨🇴

Thank you to @umcmission - Global Ministries for so generously allowing us to use your facilities for FREE. Your support helped make this event possible.

A huge thank you as well to all of the instructors who gave their time, energy, and choreographies, and to every single person who helped decorate, organize, and make this event feel so meaningful and full of love.

This was more than just a dance event — it was community, unity, and heart.

With a full heart, I want to share that I will no longer be teaching classes at Life Time. I have been incredibly blessed with new opportunities that have filled my schedule and allowed me to continue growing in a career I truly love.

I’m so grateful for the friendships, memories, and amazing people I’ve met along the way. Life Time has given me so much more than just a place to teach, and I will always cherish this chapter of my life.

Maybe this isn’t goodbye… maybe it’s just a see you later. 💖

For the record - I have a million videos and could not fit them all 🤣

September is Ovarian & Gynecologic Cancer Awareness Month, and today is Wear Teal Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness for ovarian cancer and showing support for everyone affected by it 🙏🏼🎗️

In honor of this month, next Wednesday we’re coming together for our third annual ZUMBA FOR WARRIORS: TEAL & PURPLE EDITION! 💪🏼🩵💜

As an ovarian cancer survivor, this class holds an incredibly special place in my heart. It gives me a chance to do something I love while honoring every woman who has fought, is still fighting, and those we carry with us. So come dance with us as we celebrate these incredible warriors, show our support, and raise awareness together 🙌🏼

And because awareness starts with knowing the signs, I’ve shared some important information in the comments below.
