The wonderful acroyogis from our 8/9 lesson — as always, thank you! 🌏 Every single person who joins is making a huge positive impact on our mission to provide more opportunities for people to develop their skills with intention and make stronger, meaningful connections with others. Without each individual’s support, none of this would be possible.

A few highlights from our recent lesson — didn’t have a chance to get many videos or pictures this time, but nonetheless it was a lot of fun! 🙏 As always, very grateful to everyone involved, from participants to fellow teachers. This lesson was co-taught with @ayumi_mitsunami 💪

Our next lesson is being planned for 8/23 — if you are in Tokyo please let us know!
