That was fun.

3:59.40 for @henrymong . His first time under 4:00, and forever will be the first in TAC history to break the barrier. Henry finished in 10th place.

A stellar 4:03.73 for @strackedille, who finished 16th.

A massive shoutout to @yakimamile . Henry and Ryan could not say enough positive things about the event. We look forward to sending athletes annually.

🌹 City mile next then @pdxtrack Festival.

@riley_buese with a lifetime best running 4:31.55 in the 1500.

@henrymong ran 3:49.82 for the 1500.

@noahxnelson won the 200 from a standing start (lol) running 22.68

The timberline gentleman took a narrow .05 lean victory over Southern Idaho in the 4 x 4.

“Why don’t you guys post your training ?”

Larry Byerly Recap

@delaneygriffin and @autumn.ost went 1-2 in a tactical 1500 running 4:30.88 and 4:33.06, respectively. Delaney continued her 1500 winning streak while Autumn took 10 seconds off her opening rust buster - just incredible watching her regain form. Delaney and Autumn doubled back in the 400, later.

The Men’s 1500 got out quite hot thanks to local harrier Jake Ritter. @henrymong led the TAC squad with a runner up finish, opening his metric miler season in 3:50.89. @strackedille placed 5th in 3:53.61. @abdifatah_365 and @noahxnelson both took a massive chunk of time off from their hail ridden opener, running times of 3:58.58 and 3:59.53.

@riley_buese won the 5k in a time of 16:37.17, bettering 2nd place by almost a full minute and lapping a good portion of the field. A tremendous opener setting herself up for a remarkable end of season 12.5 lapper.

Stracke doubled back finishing 2nd in the 5k , running 14:40.11.

@ben_kirby5 with arguably the race of the day absolutely smashed his 5k best running 14:50.79, and finishing 7th.

A 4 x 4 squad made up of Mong, Nelson, @roderick_soto10 and a friendly alternate ran 3:22.83 to cap off an electric day at the electric forest.

All photos taken by our friend @izzyberenson .

If you need someone for an event, please consider Izzy. He is far too good to us. You’ll be able to find a link@to his work on our website soon.

Oregon State High Performance Meet and Bloomsday 12k are next for us .

Hope you bought our stock a few years ago when I told you what was coming.

Really nice race from @henrymong who finished 13th at the 🇺🇸 xc 2k race. Dude put in a serious grind to make the day happen. Excited to see what this man can get done on the oval.
