My camera roll from summer 26’ in no particular order. Thanks to all my friends for making another amazing summer. 📸: @marklawmedia Smoky Revelstoke laps. Bobs first boat day. Tinny dinner. Middle of literally knowhere. Weird looking dogs at grandpas. Kicking horse practice day feast. Huge sport dh win 🥇 x3. These horses wanted a photo. Big rock. CDL acquired. Mr Saturday night. After work yard test laps on the new unit. Excited to figure this out. Another logging road camp spot with the boys. Birthday weekend laps in whistler. Gardening tools. Sunset practice laps at sun peaks enduro. Might’ve had too many of these. Burnt bridge laps on repeat. Bobs first big ride with the boys.

It’s not always about having a super strong and rigid braced core. If you want to twist, rotate, swing your hips and torso then you may want to add these into your training routine. These exercises are not meant to develop a ton of strength in those “core” zones. But more so to teach your body to contract and relax smoothly with proper synchronicity while rotating. This can likely make you flow easier, increase your performance and make twisting under greater velocities safer 👊🏽 3 sets of 5-10 reps of each at the end of your training session and you will be swinging off the horse in no time. Season finale was insane. One of the best slope finishes of all time. A gnarly DH in every condition imaginable, new Air DH, and some sick whips. Shout out to the team at MSA for putting on a hell of an event, and to Canon Canada for keeping the gear clean and tidy! Camera and lens statistics on the last slide for your enjoyment! Have to love a good whip pan shot eh? Tuck and roll. Crowd work with Godziek Stepping up. Full tilt shift on the downhill. Slope Style World Champion! Ummm. Insert photo here? Keep scrolling. Feddy. Steeze. For the show. See the slide a couple ago. Keep going. Almost there! Locked in for the win! Such a pretty forest…stats next! 100-500 most used lens at Crankworx. Surprised? And no. I don’t own a 70-200.

Here’s a trendy one from riding in Squamish on the @rmu.mtn.co Nighttrain! Props to @shiggypop for building this, I’d never ridden anything quite like it before! Haven’t had much time to ride since my race season is winding down and I’m back to work, but I’ll be lining up for the Whistler World Cup in a few weeks here. Looking forward to that - been a while since I’ve raced a World Cup, and getting to be a part of the first one in Whistler will be a real treat! 🎥 - @henrysherry_

Henry is off to race for Canada again, this time as a selected athlete for team Canada at World Champs in Val Di Sole Italy. But he needs a little bit of help from the community (link in bio). Being a Canadian and racing World Cups means unless you are on a full factory sponsorship team, you are a privateer which means you are self funding everything! Henry works and attends school, and trains all year round. He is truly one of the best riders to have come from Vancouver Island from his generation, and I believe he is going to make it to a full factory team in the near future. He's been having an incredible run so far this season, including taking the win at a Continental Cup in Guatemala and landing on multiple podiums at the Dunbar Canada Cups, and recently just snagged P9 at the Crankworx DH in a field stacked with world cup pros. If you are able to support him at all with a donation, it's going to a Canadian kid trying to make it to the very top level of DH racing internationally. Thanks for taking the time to read and share! - Pat Nolan
