Why Dikastika?

Because sometimes the right place isn’t the most obvious one.
An hour from Athens, an hour from the airport, and somehow already in a completely different rhythm.

Open sea. Natural landscape. Space. Light.
A place that feels removed, without really being far.

That balance is exactly what drew us here.

Six residences. Six different stories.
Each one designed with its own character, rhythm and relationship to the landscape.

COVE. KIMA. VISTA. CLIFF. BEYOND. CREST.

Not six versions of the same home.
Six distinct ways of living in Dikastika.

Some projects start with land.
Ours started with conversations 🩵

Different perspectives, endless questions, a lot of laughter- and one shared idea of what this place could become.

Over time, Dikastika has become much more than a development for us. It’s a process of listening to the land, challenging each other, making choices, changing some, standing firmly behind others - and slowly turning a shared vision into something real.

At this point in the journey, it feels like a good moment to celebrate the people, the conversations and the thinking behind it all.
Here’s to building things that matter, and enjoying the people you build them with.

After half an hour talking about investments, she asked me something I didn’t expect.
Not about yields.
Not about rental income.
Not about market forecasts.
She asked:
“What does it feel like to be there?”
For years, most conversations about Greece started with numbers.
Returns, locations, opportunities.
But lately I notice something else.
People are not only looking for an investment.
Sometimes they are simply looking for a place where life slows down for a few days.
A place to breathe differently.
Maybe it’s still an investment.
But sometimes, behind the investment, there’s also a small dream 💙
