Before the models hit the runway, the @kc_fashionweek Media Team gets together for a private Media Night to catch up, connect, plan content, and get ready for the week ahead.

And honestly… we have SO much fun! 🥂

This year, @heirloomtattoo_sanctuary @heirloomsocial_society hosted us and we had the perfect space for the media team to come together and kick off fashion week.

The night was packed with amazing experiences — from the custom candles by @herbsnharlem and athleisure from @442fit , to @noireluxekc giving us a luxury fragrance-making experience where we got to explore different scents and create something uniquely our own. ✨
@neat.bar.kc kept the cocktails flowing with their signature cocktail experience, while @kiwamiramensushi absolutely showed OUT as our catering sponsor with an entire hibachi show AND all the food for the evening. 🔥

We also got a little extra sparkle with permanent jewelry from @light.and.links , connected with @intuitiveinsights.collective for manifestation, mind coaching and Reiki, and @sugarllamas_overlandpark kept us fueled with sweet treats, energy drinks and dirty sodas. 🍭🥤

So much good food, good energy, networking, creativity and fashion-week excitement all in one night!

A HUGE thank you to every sponsor who helped make Media Night so special. Be sure to show them some love and follow their pages! ❤️

KCFW Media Night, hosted by Heirloom Social Society.

An evening created around connection, creativity, and bringing Kansas City’s businesses and creatives into the same room.

From creating custom fragrances and candles to permanent jewelry, sweet treats and dirty sodas, handcrafted cocktails, hibachi, and so much more, every activation gave guests something to experience.

And of course, Heirloom Tattoo Sanctuary was in the room connecting with guests, opening sign ups for Kansas City Fashion Week, and giving everyone a first look at the exclusive flash tattoos coming to the show.

A room full of creators. Local businesses showing up with intention. New connections being made. And a glimpse of what happens when community comes together.

Thank you to everyone who helped us make the night what it was.

A little rooftop magic in Kansas City. ✨🌅

Last night, I had the pleasure of being a vendor at the @kc_fashionweek Media Night, surrounded by inspiring creators, talented vendors, and so much creativity.

There’s something special about golden hour, a rooftop view, beautiful people, and being surrounded by an energy that just fills your soul. 🤍

Feeling incredibly grateful to have been part of such a beautiful evening. Thank you to @withlove_lb for inviting me and being the most wonderful hostess!

Here’s to new connections, unforgettable moments, and letting a little more magic into the journey. 🥂
